Great place. The food is amazing, service unique.

I made a reservation the day before and I believe because of that we were treated with a wonderful seating location. The salad bar was great: lots of choices and very fresh. We also took the meat option that I highly recommend (Full Rodizio). They made tasting all types of perfectly grilled meats a very special experience with their unique way of serving it, a secret which I will not give away here. We enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant very much and I was very glad we chose this restaurant for my out-of-town friends. I was proud to show them this fine dining grill representing Fort Collins. Five star all categories.

Kitchen must have had an off night or is new. For the price I paid ($170) for 2 people, it should have been 100% the best. Food was good, service was excellent! The chicken dishes we were served were out of this world. I went there expecting the steak dishes to be as good as last time... but they were just OK. The worst part of the meal was the crème brulee. The last time I was there, it was perfect. This time, it sucked. The sugar coating top had the crunch, but the actual crème brulee was cold and lifeless. Shameful. I mentioned it to the server that it was not good but she laughed it off. I think the kitchen staff needs more practice, but not at the customers expense. When the management lets the standards slip, this is how places fail. Bummer! I welcome feedback from management. Maybe they should send one of their buddies in for dessert and see how bad it is! Come for dinner but avoid the dessert.

Food and service were good but not at all culturally accurate, there are many foods that aren’t Brazilian and the way they sing happy birthday is just not accurate for Brasil. So good food and service but not really Brazilian

A go to spot for my friends and family. If you like choices there is many, from vegetable plates to full on steaks on spikes. If you're feeling steak they got several, you want chicken? They got it, bacon wrapped, looking for a kick? They got it in spicy as well! My personal favorite is the blue cheese crusted steak. They do extremely well on the crust for it.

And let’s not forget the chicken wings—they are hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, they’re a testament to the attention to detail Rodizio brings to every dish, no matter how simple or elaborate.

Overall, Rodizio Grill offers a luxurious dining experience that balances impeccable quality with a touch of spectacle. Yes, it’s a splurge, but for the impeccable flavors, unparalleled service, and the sheer variety of offerings, it’s absolutely worth it.

I make sure I'm always hungry as could be before I go into a Rodizio because I want to eat everything I can well I'm there. It's hard to not fill up the salad plate to much with all the delicious choices of food they have there but I like to save most the room for all the delicious meats!! I can't pick a favorite of all the meat choices they are all fantastically cooked to perfection!! Both my husband and I always leave so incredibly satisfied from Rodizio!! Thanks Rodizio for being what you are, we love you!!!

My family and I are Brazilian and we have been to several Brazilian steakhouses throughout the United States. This was by far our worst experience. The meats were below expectation, and it took around 10-15 minutes for us to start being served. The selection of meats was incredibly poor, with more chicken and vegetable choices than actual red meat. Kaden and Kayleigh served us well, but besides that we are extremely underwhelmed.
We do not mind paying high amounts when the food is worth it, but to anybody reading this that has had authentic churrasco this place is not worth it. Even the picanha was extremely average, and either served basically raw or way too well done. Most of the meats were extremely chewy, with the better options unfortunately being the poultry.

My family and I ate dinner at Rodizio on New Year's Eve. We have been to this same location a few times before but this was, by far, our best experience. Of course, the food was fantastic but this time the service was absolutely amazing. Our server Keely, was wonderful. She was extremely attentive and kind. When she could tell we were almost done eating, she asked us if there were any favorite items that we'd like to see come around again before finishing. We've never been asked this before. Within a few mins, the requests we had showed up. Every gaucho we encountered was amazing as well. Everyone just had a great attitude and looked like they enjoyed their job. Again, it was such a great evening and we were all so happy!

What a great dinner! Service was impeccable. The meat selection is a dream, and was cooked to perfection. Love the grilled pineapple. So many great options at the salad bar too. Can't wait till next time. Highly recommend, twelve out of ten!

A wonderful evening was spent here that started off with perfect parking and a well timed reservation so the restaurant wasn’t too crowded. The team at Rodizio Grill—from the hostess and waiter to the skilled masters of meat and talented chefs—provided outstanding customer service! Each staff member brought their unique and vibrant personality, making them the heart of this remarkable restaurant. The perfectly sliced cuts of meat served by the gauchos were mouthwatering, each offering a distinct and delicious flavor. With such an impressive variety of meats and vegetables, we didn’t even get to explore the extensive salad bar—something we’re already looking forward to on our next visit. The desserts, however, were absolutely delightful - especially the decadent torta brigadeiro! Every dish was exceptional, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

P.S. During our anniversary dinner, we were treated to the fun and lively birthday serenade not once but five times! It was heartwarming to see the joy and dancing as the staff sang beautifully—it truly added to the restaurant's wonderful atmosphere.
