I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Safeway bakery. I recently ordered a birthday cake and specifically requested a personalized message. To my dismay, the employee who wrote "Happy Birthday" on the cake did so with the worst handwriting imaginable. It was barely legible and looked completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, they only used one color for the writing, despite us paying for the service and expecting a bit more effort and creativity. It's unacceptable that we had to settle for such poor quality. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will think twice before using this bakery again. Safeway needs to seriously reconsider their employee training and customer service standards.

I don’t know why but this location always smells terrible
Safeway on Harmony has an underrated bakery department. I drive out of my way to go to this store for baked goods - especially cakes. This morning I was helped by Teresa with a birthday cake for a coworker and interacting with her, her professionalism, and her cake decorating put a smile on my face all day. Teresa, I really appreciate you and the whole bakery team. Thank you very much!
Nice grocery store, good location and reasonable prices. Looks like they are finally remodeling it a little.
Bathrooms are a little gross
Very nice safeway one of the better ones iv been to in Fort Collins. Staff is very friendly and eager to help you instead of like oh God run they need help?
Poorly stocked. Puts things on special then promptly run out encouraging customers to come back tomorrow. Yeah, right.
Big huge thank you to Camaris and Kyle for helping me out when I messed up my online delivery order. I called about an issue and Camaris sounded busy and said that she’d place me on a brief hold while she ran to her desk. A few minutes of holding I began wondering if I was gonna hear back from her but in the midst of wondering and holding I received a call from Safeway. My call had been lost but Camaris was apologetic and so kind that I couldn’t be bothered. Shes a quick thinker who came up with a plan to resolve the issue. Truthfully she could’ve said sorry there is nothing we can do and that’s it but these are some great employees who truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys so much for helping me. I hope your upcoming weeks reflect the same generosity you’ve show me.

Worst grocery store on the planet every single time I go there I end up grabbing two loafs of bread cause they're 2.99 with card and every single time I get charged 4.99 at the register after using my card. Then it's completely pointless ask for help cause the employees are completely incapable of doing anything. This place makes me sick and I hope the close it down.
