We have tried many other Asian restuarants in the Loveland and Fort Collins area and we continue to rank Saigon Grill as the best. Our first "relationship" with Saigon Grill goes back to their previous Fort Collins location off of Lemay, a few blocks west of Mulberry. The service has always been good and the flavors and offerings have always been outstanding. If there ever was a problem, they would fix it. Each entree is prepared for you and is not simply dished out of a steam table. They have the best offerings in drunken noodles, bowls of pho and fresh sping rolls. Portions are very generous and we often take some home to enjoy another day.
3 meals, none good. Mostly uneaten and 2 out of 3 people still ended up sick that night after dinner there.

I don't know what's up with the one star reviews on here. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant. The sesame chicken and fried rice were excellent. In fact that was the best fried rice I've ever had. The dumplings perfectly cooked. I would definitely come back here!!!

Egg Roll Bowl is top tier. Brisket Bahn Mi was insane. Service was slow but it was the lunch hour and pretty busy. 10/10 recommend, great lunch spot!

Edit: .. still 😊
Locally owned. Good food. Pick a different meal each time you go.. or settle on one dish and get it time after time.

Drove 30 minutes to get here with my toddler and turns out they are closed every day from 3-4 for lunch. It would be nice if their hours were updated online to reflect that.
This place is horrible

It’s shocking this place has a 4.2 rating, it deserves no more than 2.4.
We waited over 10 minutes just to get water, and when someone finally came, they were aggressive and rude, asking if we were ready to order after making us wait that long. The condiments for our Pho appeared rotten (photo attached). When my wife politely pointed this out and requested a replacement, the so-called “manager” — whose attitude and skills do not reflect management quality — decided to lecture us on “how to talk” instead of fixing the problem.
Even after multiple requests, they brought back the same rotten lemons. We would never consume such items anywhere.
We had to wait again for the bill and eventually walked up to the counter to pay. We are normally calm, compliant people, but this was a meal of shame and disrespect. We ate only because we were hungry.
I truly wish no one ever has to go through such an experience in their life.

This place is SO good! We have been going consistently for about 2 years and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing (specifically the pho, chicken fried rice, and the lunch special), the staff is kind, and the place is the cutest little cafe.

The food is delicious and lots to choose from. We get the pho here, the broth is where it’s at, and all the fresh veggies. If you get take out the kitchen is slow, it took double the amount of time they said it would.
