The food is very good, I was a regular, but my order was wrong on 2 consecutive occasions. On the 2nd occasion, their unwillingess to simply acknowledge their mistake resulted in a series of really dumb events and dialouges. They physically withheld my card from me and the police being called. My order was missing an item and incorrectly charged for another item. The final outcome was me returning the food, receiving a refund, and being banned for life from Sally's/the gas station as informed by the police. The officer was also able to get my card back from them and returned it to me.

We come here often. The food is MSG free and always delicious. It is the best Chinese food in Fort Collins if you want take out. The portion sizes are great and we always have days of leftovers. My kids and I love this place.
