Absolutely feral. The “manager” called me a Karen after requesting to add chips to my delivery order and not being satisfied with the tip I provided. The bread was stale, and the ingredients were incorrect.

Satisfying. Period. No skimping on ingredients here. Super fresh and soft bread roll. Had a regular (8 inch) double turkey sub. Took the staff all of 60 seconds to build my Sammy. Pic attached.

Decided to give them another shot after failing miserably last time. The woman was so rude to me, like unbelievable. The card reader wasn't working right and it was different than what I'm used to she tried to make me feel like an idiot, rolling eyes, just f*cking WOW. I won't ever be back:

Ordered a delivery order on 21st March 2022 for a sandwich and soup when I was feeling ill. Food never arrived, not sure if a restaurant issue or Heartland issue, but I remained hungry.Never again.

A couple weeks back I came into this silvermine to get a sub for my wife, we opened the sandwich in the parking lot and it was SOAKING wet. I went back in and asked them if they could put the ingredients on another piece of bread that isn’t drenched and he said “no we will just make you another” so I tossed it in the trash. They made a new one and he rudely said the best they could do is 10% off the second sandwich. I walked out, I’ve emailed silvermine to try and fix this and they ghosted me. I’m not done with this, I want a sandwich like I paid for and I won’t give up until that happens.
