Simmer Fort Collins

We had limited time since we were going to a performance but we had no issues since the service was spot on and the food was served promptly and hot!

Tasty food at a decent price. Service was prompt, polite and friendly. We were there for lunch and really enjoyed our visit.

Really good food, service and ambience. If I lived in Ft Collins, this would be my neighborhood go to place for consistent good food and relaxation.

We had a very pleasant, quiet table and our server was a very delightful young woman named Cayden, who provided excellent service. WE enjoyed a variety of starter plates, and each one was prepared in a very special way with interesting spices and had excellent flavor. Very enjoyable dinner at Simmer.

The chicken meatballs were disgusting. Thankfully our server removed the dish from our bill.

This was my first visit to Simmer, but when I'm visiting FOCO I will definitely be back. We ordered many of the seasonal "peach" items and they were all wonderful. What a gem Simmer is and the service was also excellent.

The Service is excellent, as is the food. Just ask to be seated at a table some what private. Unless you don't mind setting almost with the party next to you.

The peach menu was fantastic! The service was outstanding!! We've been meaning to try Simmer for awhile now and we'll definitely be back!!

We had the bartender as a server so she was very busy but did a decent job. We love the ambiance of this place and the steak with blue cheese puree was extremely good if slightly undercooked. The Chicken Marsala dish had wonderful pasta with mushrooms but the bread crumb balls that passed for chicken weren't great and I think the dish had an entire shaker of salt in so it was borderline inedible. The wine list is decent and they make a good cocktail. Inside was cold enough to keep meat fresh so opt for the terrific patio if the weather allows.

The restaurant was busy and it took a while for the waitress to get to us. There was 6 of us and several or the small plates come with only 5 items. We asked if we could get one more item per plate. The waitress/manager/chef made it happen. Thank you. Thank you. The food was great.

The outdoor dining was nice and the food was good. We were happy to not see any TVs inside the entire restaurant.

We had reservations and requested a quiet area as we were having a small meeting. When we arrived we were seated in a small but delightful private area which was perfect. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The food was very good. We will go back.

Enjoyed our lunch yesterday at Simmer very much! Great menu, great service. We'll be back!

Our server was attentive and accommodating. That said, the good especially the tomato bisque was definitely not good. We enjoyed the outdoor seating.

A pleasant experience for our first time. Just a few things could have been improved but we will go back again.
