Absolutely LOVELY experience and delicious lunch with my friend today. The service was impeccable and your cashier was so kind and accommodating. Great space for a quick lunch, and those sweet potato fries are 🔥

Had the mushroom Swiss with truffle mayo... excellent! Fries were excellent. Just a bit pricey but very good! The wife was happy because she could get sauteed brussel sprouts!
Showed up to the restaurant today with my wife and kids for kids eat free. Stood in line at 1815 and the five people in front of me all left because not one worker took an order for anyone dining in only focusing on to-go orders. Wasnt even acknowledged with a hello or be with you soon. At 1845, I asked if we who were dining in would be waited on and she said sorry and turned her back to the customers once again. Who ever heard of smashing the taste right out of a burger? Ridiculous price with horrible tasting food!

Smashburger has had a bit of a decline recently. The food isn't as good, the tables aren't clean, and there is almost always at least one mistake in our order. I'm skipping them for a while.

We went for shakes. The strawberry shake is good, but the price is outrageous for the size!!

I think the health department should take an interest in how absolutely filthy this place is. Every surface was disgustingly dirty and we got a nice long hair in the burger to top it off. Gross doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Burger was like McDonald’s quality so pretty bad and had barely any sauce. The tots were p good. Employees are unprofessional.
Well they served us. And that was about it. We came in at 9 and everyone looked like they were ready to leave. The store on Google says that they do not close until 10pm. The upfront managers were sitting on a bench and the cooks were getting drinks. Gave us the worst look before we walked in, granted an hour, an hour before they officially close the store. Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Told us it was take out only and that shakes were unavailable. Never going back
