Smashburger

We normally have a great experience. Today we showed up ordered our family a meal. The burgers were delivered one by one so most of our family was not able to eat together as planned. As well as my sweet potatoe fries coming out separate from my food cold and burnt . We were waiting over 40 minutes for the last burger to come out. Which never happened went to the counter and was offered my hamburger that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. As well as lukewarm food very disappointing.

Best of the best burgers in town!! Amazingly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure the best experience. Hot and fresh food with veggies pulled high on my burger = SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!

I went yesterday with my family and the restaurant was dead and it felt like winter in there the gentleman at the register who too our order was extremely rude supper snippy we waited an hour before we got our food by the time it got to the table it was cold I walked up and asked for my receipt and was given attitude and was told no

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had this was my first time here and my food was frozen by the time I got it and way to salty it was not busy super dead in here never again

Great experience at Smashburger! Super fresh burgers and fries! Beats the traditional fast-food burger places, hands-down. Staff greeted us as we walked in and were extremely friendly!

I’ve gotten food here around 3-4 times. The staff has a general lack of attention to orders and customers waiting at the counter. I’ve waited 10 minutes at the front counter for an employee to come out from the back (and could see my order was already ready and waiting on the counter). The back kitchen staff noticed me but didn’t seem to do anything. Has been consistently 15-20 mins late on all my orders. Super frustrating as a customer.

I don’t leave reviews often but do NOT mobile order from here. I ordered two burgers for my fiancé and I, and only received one and didn’t notice until I made it home. Asked for a refund and was told there’s nothing they can do until a GM comes in the following morning. First time trying Smash Burger and couldn’t be more disappointed.
