I ordered through grubhub. Ordered was incomplete and the bag was sealed so it was restaurants fault, not grubhub. Tried the Nashville hot tots. Incredibly greasy and not hot at all.

Placed our order for 4 burgers drinks and fries and a kids meal. Watched the next 2 orders after ours get filled then we got our kids meal. Then 2 more burgers went out. After 30 min of waiting I asked for my order to go. I got all kinds of attitude when I asked why we were skipped. Just a all around bad experience.

This location is always spot on— neat, fresh, and great customer service. I especially want to shout out Wade who responded to an order mistake today: he was kind, professional, and resolved the issue quickly! Happy and grateful!

Showed up 2 time in one week first time freezer not working now can't take my order becouse system down come get it together man

Waited 45 minutes and the guy at the counter was telling new customers they would have to wait 30-40 minutes so multiple people were coming in then leaving. No straws, tables were dirty, and the wait was so long we barely had time to eat before lunch break was over. Very disappointing!
