Smash Burger is alright with a coupon, it's got a lot more flavor than the standard burger chains. This time around the burger patties weren't as great. Extra smashed maybe? Unfortunately the whole concept of smashing the burger patty doesn't make any sense. You just wind up squeezing all the flavor out. Normally they just serve a regular burger, but maybe the staff tonight was really into the concept.

Mahalo for the perfectly tasty burger today. 🔠I appreciate the small details that go into a great sandwich and it showed that the staff really care. I also noticed the restaurant was very clean, my background is in nutrition and food safety. The staff were super friendly too! Thank you again! Keep up the perfection guys!!

Cooked to perfection every time decent staff most of time upbeat. They are prompt with carryout being messed up ever. Dining in is only 5 minutes longer and cooked the same way

My first visit here and it was great to see an interesting menu that deviated from the run of the mill burger joint. I was attracted to the Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger: Truffle mayo, sauteed crimini mushrooms and aged swiss on an egg bun. Enjoyed this: it was moist and delicious. The patty wasn't too dry. I would have liked that they clean the tables off, and even though they were happy to oblige, I didn't care for the crumbs on the seats they'd wiped off the table. I also didn't care for the dust flying around as they swept the floors. But this is a fast food establishment so I should lower my standards. Checkout could have been improved because the kid overcharged. All in all, appreciate the variety on the menu but I would probably opt for takeout.

Smashburger is so good, they kind of switched me and my friends order but because there wasnt a sauce of any kind it was perfectly fine. I would totally recommend it, and they're shakes are also really good

What happened to Smashburger? I haven't been in for a while but I was shocked at the size of the hamburgers. They are about 1/3 of their former size. It looked like a little mini burger. Even the bun was tiny. And the french fries were about half the size. I guess they are cutting corners. But the price was the same. I guess everyone else knows because there was hardly anyone there Friday at dinner time.
This location rocks. All was clean. Delicious food. Love the Brussels sprouts! Staff enthusiastic and helpful. Not all restaurants have it together like this one!

I ordered a meal through GrubHub and specifically stated in my order "only avocado and lettuce" on my burger because I don't eat dairy, and I got a burger with cheese on it. The restaurant corrected my order with a burger that was squishy and barely cooked, and a whopping one slice of avocado. It's like the didn't try the first time and tried even less the second time. The only upside is that they were willing to remake my burger. The food industry should not employ workers who are not willing to take extra care with customer requests because you never know why someone eats a certain way or what a mistake in the kitchen could do to them.
