We tried this for the first time with some out-of-state guests that are used to really good smoked barbecue. We all agreed it was excellent! The service was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. We sat outside on the patio on a pleasant summer evening. Worth adding two year rounds of new places to try!

I went for lunch here the other day. I ordered a 1/2lb of (Burnt Ends) and a glass of water. The meat was fresh, not like some other BBQ places where it is sitting in a hot pan. It had moisture it it and the flavor was great. My only gripe was the price. $17.17 before the $1.00 tip. You could buy two racks of pork ribs from Sams for a few dollars more. I can not justify spending that much for that amount again, but like I said, it tasted good.

I got burnt ends, brisket, and chicken leg quarters. The brisket was so so so salty, even too much for my husband, whom loves salt. And the burnt ends were just not in my taste in general. Normally I'm excited to see burnt ends on a menu.
The manager or owner did give me a full refund on my order to make things right with me, which I do really appreciate.

My husband and I are visiting from Texas so we wanted to find some really good authentic BBQ and this place is definitely authentic BBQ! We ordered 1/2lb of brisket, 1/2lb of pulled pork, Mac n cheese and fried okra. The meat was absolutely delicious and my husband’s favorite was the Mac n cheese. Everyone was so kind and friendly, we will absolutely be recommending this place to our friends back home if they visit Fort Collins!

I got 1/4 # brisket and the Mac and chz. I should have known it wasn't going to be great when I saw that it was dead at 5 and the other places had people in them. At first I was annoyed that 1/4# was one slice, then I tasted it and my disappointment shifted. It's like eating liquid smoke. The Mac and cheese has a very weird aftertaste, like vinegar. I ended up just throwing it away.

The food was above average. The staff was very helpful in their recommendations. Although I have had better barbecue, this was pretty good and I would return because of the service.

How can the place be named smoke when there's literally no smoke flavor on any of the meats? I ordered ribs, pork belly, brisket, and burn ends that all were bland. No seasoning and cold.
