How can the place be named smoke when there's literally no smoke flavor on any of the meats? I ordered ribs, pork belly, brisket, and burn ends that all were bland. No seasoning and cold.

The smoke smell was amazing, if only I could can it up haha. The bbq was good brisket a little dry. Should asked for the juicier side and wished they had a platter to try every thing on the menu.

If your into elementary cafeteria or mre’s this place is for you if you like good bbq this place is not for you

Very chill restaurant. Smells so good when you walk inside and the food is amazing. I'm a huge pulled pork and Mac and cheese fan, and I gotta say this was some of the best BBQ in Colorado. My bf is from Texas and usually hates most bbq here but he loved the burnt ends sandwich and potato salad. 10/10

This place is a little tricky to find next to the mall (it’s in between the movie theater and the burger place) but it is totally worth it. I went here on a Friday night with my family and had a great experience! Ordering was easy, food arrived quickly, staff were friendly, and most importantly, the food was great.

I LOVE burnt ends and found that theirs were absolutely perfect. They also had a mushroom and brussels sprouts side that was super good. I literally cannot say enough good things about the oyster mushrooms in that dish. They are packed full of flavor but still juicy and delicious!!!! I mixed burnt ends, mushrooms, and mac and cheese together as leftovers the next day and it was still just as good. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Vegetarian options: Even though this is a barbecue place they do have a few vegetarian sides and I believe a main dish or two.

I was recommended this restaurant by my boss. It was very fast and accommodating to those of us who don't eat red meat. I loved the salmon sandwich and we both LOVED the Brussel sprouts. If you are near the Foothills mall in Ft. Collins this restaurant is a must see.

4 in our party.
One had Mack & cheese, too spicy for her to eat.
I had the creamed corn, to spice for me.
Beans ok.
Three ribs, were tender, juicy and good.
The brisket tacos were ok, but lacked textural vatirty and the brisket was finally chopped.
For us they pulled pork tacos are the ones to get.
The Apple fritters were real good.
Ate there 2 other times, was good but this time not so good.
I guess we should have mentioned it but didn’t.

Jalapeno cheddar sausage is a must.!! The chicken is really good as well. The poppers are great 👍 . It could be better if they would give a nice little splash of the barbecue sauce on all the proteins before they serve. They do have help ur self sauce . But other than that go fill ur belly!!
