Smok Barbecue - Fort Collins

I had a half order of brisket nachos and side of corn bread. The corn bread was delicious and that nachos were very flavorful but there was not enough meet in it, I had to dig for it. Disappointing.
Husband had pork sandwich and beans. We did not like the beans and the sandwich was very good.

Wonderful restaurant! But Google does not give the best directions. It's inside a activity court for a mall. You have to park and walk to the restaurant.

I don't know his name but I believe it's the manager here who always remembers us even though we only come by every once and a while and he's always SO friendly and kind!! Today we went back after a hiatus. I gave birth to our first child and he asked about him and celebrated him by giving us afree dessert! Food is always 10/10. My husband is obsessed with the ribs and officially we are new fans of the banana pudding :P thank you so much!!

Some of the BEST bbq I’ve had. Pretty picky and wasn’t super excited when my husband brought me here but once I had the food this is hands down my go to place for bbq now. We had a great conversation with the owner who was VERY nice and welcoming. The pumpkin pie with chocolate was phenomenal. Felt good supporting this business , will be back very soon!!

Love this place! I have celiac so it is hard to find restaurants, but the employees are well educated and knowledgeable about what food contains gluten/ are contaminated!

BBQ is tasty, 7.5/10 sides are 6/10, fried okra, you could taste the old fry oil. Deviled eggs were good but a bit wet (condensation), detracting from the flavor. The prices are a bit high on the high side. I would recommend trying this place, it's the best BBQ in Fort Collins, all it would take is for them to work on the sides and it would be a great place!

I visited Smōk Barbecue in Fort Collins and had a very negative experience. As a Hispanic customer, I was treated disrespectfully by the manager (and possibly the chef), while the rest of the staff did nothing about it. I also noticed that delivery drivers were treated just as unprofessionally. Although many people praise their food, I believe they should better train their team to show respect and equality to every customer. For now, I can’t recommend this place.
