Dietary restrictions: I asked about allergen options (there are a few fruit only smoothies that we could have) and if they wash their blenders with soap in between. They said they just rinse with water. I didn’t feel safe so I left.

Today I went to smoothie king after chemotherapy I was a bit unsteady walking but I went because I love this location and the amazing staff. I ordered and picked up my smoothie w some help from my loving supportive boyfriend! As I was leaving, the owner gently approached me and asked if I was going through treatment and suggested great smoothies designed with chemotherapy patients in mind Hulk was one of the two! I was so full of gratitude when she took time to tell me cause belly issues are common and an easy to hold down men or drink is so important during this time !! My next treatment is on my 52nd birthday September 18, 23 !! I am planning to go to get the hulk as a birthday treat!!! Thank you so much for making today great!!

Disappointed. Seems like customer service is really lacking here. I too had the same experience as other reviews. My first time ever going in to a Smoothie King; went in the morning around 9:30am 8/23/23. The girl up front was so unkind. No welcome in, no guidance, nothing. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy, we ordered the kids chocolate smoothie (doesn’t contain nuts from what I read on the menu) I still asked the girl if it had any peanuts or tree nuts and she said “not this one” then proceeded to hand over the drink. My daughter ended up having an allergic reaction to the smoothie my guess was from cross contamination. The place needs some new management and train their employees better. This was so unacceptable.

I love the smoothies. All the girls in there have the personality of a rock. I avoid going there because they are some serious Debbie downers! Zero social skills or customer service. I’d go more if that was improved!

The smoothies were fantastic and the girl who made them was super friendly. It was obvious she was new and one of her coworkers in a black hoodie was extremely rude to her the whole time we were in there. This isn't the first time we've been here and that girl has been very rude every time. Everyone else was very kind though!

I've got no issue with a company that wants to sell sugar. But when they deliberately attempt to mislead their customers into thinking that their products are healthy, then it's unethical. They claim their products have no "added" sugar, which will pass scrutiny with their lawyers, but not your doctor. Ask how much "actual" sugar is in your smoothie, and you may find it has more than a Snickers bar. That's what happens when you take a bunch of grapes, boil away everything but the sugar, and add it to a smoothie. From a health perspective, there's no difference from that and high fructose corn syrup. If you want to understand why there's an obesity and diabetes epidemic in our country, look no further than deceptive marketing practices like this.

Our fav place to go after the gym, but it’s a shame when I went this morning the girl that opened was SO rude and had a terrible attitude, she didn’t say a word to me, (even after i walked in and said hi to her) and then tried to tell me they dont have the smoothie I get twice a week /: I never write bad reviews but customer service is everything and this makes me not want to come back. :(

Feeling a little disappointed. Today was my first time at the Council Tree location and the girl taking orders (glasses) was super unfriendly. I wanted to add supplements and she not helpful at all. Thank goodness the girl making my smoothie was. Smoothie was delicious.
