Alec was super helpful and provided good service. Sandwich and soup were good too! For a college neighborhood fast food restaurant, I was pleased with the experience.

Used to work next door to the Harmony location and would highly recommend! So many great soup options (some on rotation) and the sandwich builds are superb! Also, super friendly team to take care of you! Waiting for an East Loveland location or Johnstown Plaza!
Love there food

How is this place is business lol. Tried it a couple times and it’s been a bad experience, customer service is fine but the food is terrible. Go eat at panera or something if you have taste buds.

I go to this spoons fairly often. We walked in and I got a snotty look first thing from the employee at the counter. I asked if I could try a new soup before ordering, and she responds in a belligerent, aggressive voice, "we don't do taste tests". Then she proceeded to ROLL HER EYES at me. It was pretty clear she hates her job and was annoyed we'd interrupted her social media time... which, I'm really getting tired of, in general, with all these younger restaurant and retail workers and their terrrible customer service. It's not even worth it to eat out anymore; it's an unpleasant experience nearly every time. I would have left without ordering if I hadn't been there with others for lunch, based on her poor attitude. After ordering and sitting down, the assistant manager brought out our food. My daughter told her what had happened and she responded by apologizing and offering to comp my lunch. How does that resolve the issue? I was looking for assurance that she'd correct her employee, not for free food. Probably won't be back to this location after this experience.

Sadly not a good experience first sandwich was ice cold and they didn’t seem to be very apologetic about it. Then the staff is just swearing and talking about smoking things while I’m here with my kiddo. Used to love this place but this is not the experience I remember having or want to have.

If you love good homemade soup, with fresh ingredients, this is the place! They have a wide variety of hearty, filling, and tasty soups. Not like that salty junk you find in canned soups, this is a real, homemade product. Try some of their soups🍲 , you'll see what I mean. SO good!👍

I asked if I could add chicken to the pesto goat cheese and the girl working the register said something like of course girl. It was a little response but it was so nice. They were so sweet that it might’ve even have made my sandwich taste better, loved the positive energy!

I went in today for the first time ever, there were only two people working. Even though it was very busy, I’m assuming, because of graduation. We were one of many large families eating in there. The one taking our orders, I think it was the manager, was so kind to us and the other girl working with him was so sweet and gave us the most genuine answers when we asked about the menu, even though they were clearly slammed. Our food was so good and exactly what we were looking for. This is my new favorite spot, I love the food, atmosphere, and employees. will definitely be back!

When you can order sandwiches it’s really good. But two times now I’ve tried to go, saw that they were open online, gone over and the open sign is off, no one is inside, and lights are off. Update the hours online please!

Work near here, go every once in awhile when I want soup or a wrap. Food is good but the service is terrible. Firstly the employees turn off the open sign after like noon or 1pm and if you go in and ask if they're still open they role their eyes and say yeah. The employees are stoned outta their minds and get the pricing on food wrong (ordered their pick two and it literally is picking two things, paying the full price of both with no discount). And to top it off, I saw them bring my food to another table, they touched the food after saying it wasn't theirs, then the employee brought it to me. When I asked for food that wasn't touched by random people, they again were super rude and basically made fun of me for asking. Also the floors are always dirty and the tables wobble like no tomorrow. I'd avoid.

Fantastic experience, Alec aka Q is the realest food service worker in all of Fort Collins. Came all the way from Denver to bask in the greatness that is Spoons, and was not disappointed in the slightest. Exceeded expectations in every way. Fresh food, good price, great atmosphere. Will be back!
