Spoons, Soups, Salads & Sandwiches

Spoons had great food. I love that the options are clearly labeled with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The sandwiches are pretty good, but the soup really shines. My only gripe is the layout I've the last few years. By switching the ordering process up, they have created confusion, and a rushed atmosphere. It used to involve moving down the line and paying at the end. This allowed customers to see and make their selections as they were ordering. Now, customers order first, then wait. Even if this is somehow more efficient, it feels less efficient and less fun overall.

This was absolutely disgusting. The potatoes in the soup were raw, the salad ingredients were old and they forgot the dressing. The only somewhat edible thing I had was the bread it comes with. Butt te I think I just ate it because I’m so hungry right now. Spoons used to be so good, but this place needs to shut down. It’s sooo gross now

Used to work next door to the Harmony location and would highly recommend! So many great soup options (some on rotation) and the sandwich builds are superb! Also, super friendly team to take care of you! Waiting for an East Loveland location or Johnstown Plaza!

Why are y’all not open on a Sunday?

EDITED: I received a reply asking to reach out via email to resolve the issue. I emailed and never received a response. This way it appears as if they are addressing issues that are not actually being taken care of in any sincere way.

I used to order take out here at least once a week. A couple months ago, I made an online order and it said it would take an hour to complete. I didn’t have the flexibility to wait that long for my lunch so I called the store to cancel the order. The manager promised me the refund would happen that day. A week later, still no refund. Again, I called requesting a refund. I was again told by the manager she would take care of it and it still never happened. I tried calling one more time and was told the manager would return my call and I never received one. I gave up after that. It’s completely unacceptable that I never received that refund or any compensation for mistakes made by this store. They lost a regular customer with their incompetence.

It’s a nice place but the only downside was that the fountain drink machine is broken and surrounded by caution tape and looks not very nice

Used to come here, and to other Spoons locations, often.

An employee refused to let me try a sample of a soup before I ordered. Stated it hadn’t been allowed “since Covid.” ??? I have had soup samples before ordering—at this and another Spoons locations—in the past month.

Disappointed at being treated in this way. If this truly a policy change, what an awful, awful policy change. It has cost Spoons a lot of business from me.

I love the food here and come here frequently, but sadly, only a 3 for me for last night. I ordered a half caesar salad with chicken and paid extra for the chicken but it was not on my salad. I was already home before I realize it. Please double check the orders! The soup was fantastic, as usual.

Fresh and delicious options for lunch! The half salad is perfect if you're not super hungry. Service was excellent!
