Soup is great, but a bit pricey. Sandwiches are the same.

The Gibs bagel options though are better than some other Gibs locations. Quick and cheap. Easily the best part of this location.

Food is always good and costs about what you would expect, but the wait times are looong. I work nearby, and I've had to quit coming in for work lunches because it takes too long to get the food. 20+ minutes for one sandwich at 3:00 P.M.

Poor upper management, understaffed, long wait times.

And personally speaking they seem to only serve a selection of the least appetizing soups. One would imagine a store such as this would at least have a few simple or basic recipes, but you would be hard-pressed to find anything with less than 15 ingredients it seems.

Why are the Gibb's Bagel breakfast sandwiches at Spoons more than 2x the price than the other Gibb's Fort Collin locations? ($6.39 vs. $16.39)

I’m sitting at the restaurant now for 25 minutes. I ordered one small salad to-go. I was the first and only person in line. There are two people working and there are three people sitting down eating. I’m not sure why it takes 25 minutes to make a small salad. Ever since they merged with Gib’s the service has really gone downhill.

I go here about once a week for lunch with it being close to work and usually quick with good food. I was just in there for lunch and it took over 20 minutes to get my food due to tortillas not being thawed. I was late back to work on my half hour lunch break, and my order was wrong on top of it. Good food but the service is questionable and seems to be taking longer and longer each visit.

Ordered a sandwich and a salad to go. It took 30 minutes and I had to stand in line again to ask about it. Sandwich was cold and the salad wilted. Lots of people waiting. Won’t be back

So I usually don't do reviews. But I'm a little mad with this one.
So I applied for a job. They got back to me and gave me an interview. The interview went great and we were supposed to move to the next stage which is a working interview. Yet the last last three times I called over say 2 or 3 days when I was supposed to get a call back the following day.
So I got ghosted. I'm sure the food's good and everything, but y'all need to work on having a better transparency policy than just passive aggressively telling someone no by not getting back to them I.E "ghosting".
Y'all could have had yourselves a great employee. So yeah if this place reaches out to you about a job. I hope y'all don't have the same experience I did but just be cautious about that.

Unpretentious surroundings for some delicious food! The turkey sandwich bread had a lovely crisp crust, the mulligitawny soup delicious and seasoned just right, and the salad greens delightfully fresh. It was the perfect lunch!
