Amazing service! I picked up a mobile order from another location and the drink was made incorrectly. I didn’t notice until 20 minutes into my drive and stopped in to get a new drink. The barista not only remade my drink, but was extremely kind and remade it quickly. This is the service I love about Starbucks!
Everyone is wonderful that works at this one and we just love Michelle and Robyn!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a nice, safe place that can be a little busy but also calm and clean. The facility is well oiled, though sometimes a bit fussy. The staff are consistently great, warm, friendly, attentive, and kind, often going above and beyond. They offer genuine greetings and conversations, sometimes remembering regular orders like an espresso with a cup of ice and a dash of cinnamon. The service can be friendly and exact, accomplishing a smile. However, mistakes with orders, like wrong sizes or missing items such as tall lattes or a tall Frappuccino, have occurred even when the store was empty. The location has a drink station where customers can add their own half-and-half to drinks like an Americano. Beverages like the venti Java chip Frappuccino with an affogato shot are lovely. The rear ground music plays at a wonderful decibel. While the service is often the epitome of the company’s goals, there is potential for better training and attention to detail.
