Instead, we received two different-sized lattes, only one Frappuccino, and the two waters—while the rest of the order was forgotten altogether. No update, and no acknowledgement until we followed up.
Mistakes happen, but with an empty store and a full team present, this level of oversight was surprising. I hope management takes note and improves training and attention to detail, because this location has the potential to offer much better service than what we experienced today.

Sorry for getting emotional at the checkout! My infant daughter has a central line and this plaza stands out to us as a nice, safe place to spend time. I haven’t ever brought her inside because it would be a little tight, but that’s what I was trying to explain as I was saying thanks for the extra kindness this morning. You really never know. I was once a shift manager and this location is consistently the epitome of the company’s goals.

I live out of state and I went to the Starbucks three times while I was visiting a friend. Each time I was so impressed with the greetings, With the conversations overheard between the staff and the customers. Just really warm and genuine. That alone was enough to really impress me and making an impression. But I also really loved that they had a drink station present. We haven’t had those in our Starbucks for many years. And I loved being able to add my own amount of half-and-half to my Americano. I really enjoyed my time in this coffee shop. I will be back next time I am visiting.

I love this Starbucks. The staff are just great. They always remember that I want a cup of ice and dash of cinnamon with my espresso and have it ready when I get there. This location gets a little busy, so I don’t get work done there unless it’s early morning or late afternoon on weekends.

I came just as the store opened, baristas were dismissive and the cashier was rude. I have been going to this Starbucks since 2015 and it was where I fell in love with my boyfriend, but it has changed and I think I may pursue other avenues for coffee.

Got a large chestnut praline latte on 117/24 around 2pm. Girl working clearly had no idea what she was doing and gave me some oily disaster of a drink that was literally half coffee and half whipped topping despite me saying I wanted whipped cream. Now I remember why I never order coffee from here.

While I was in Fort Collins, I placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. My coffee was ready when I arrived, and it was made perfectly! The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The inside was clean, and I loved the spacious layout. There were various seating options, both inside and outside, including tables and chairs. The staff were super friendly! They provided great customer service, even calling me by my name and wishing me a great day. I feel like that kind of personal touch is hard to find these days.
