Sorry for getting emotional at the checkout! My infant daughter has a central line and this plaza stands out to us as a nice, safe place to spend time. I haven’t ever brought her inside because it would be a little tight, but that’s what I was trying to explain as I was saying thanks for the extra kindness this morning. You really never know. I was once a shift manager and this location is consistently the epitome of the company’s goals.
I live out of state and I went to the Starbucks three times while I was visiting a friend. Each time I was so impressed with the greetings, With the conversations overheard between the staff and the customers. Just really warm and genuine. That alone was enough to really impress me and making an impression. But I also really loved that they had a drink station present. We haven’t had those in our Starbucks for many years. And I loved being able to add my own amount of half-and-half...
