Starbucks is a go-to spot for quick pick-ups, not really a chill spot. Some customers are not happy with the ice to drink ratio. However, one customer was pleasantly surprised by the amazing drink made by Leigh, who provided excellent service. Another customer enjoyed an amazing chocolate croissant and appreciated the respectful treatment from the employees, especially from Lee, who was described as kind and amazing. Starbucks seems to have a friendly and attentive staff that brightens up the customer's day with good service and tasty treats.
