My husband went in today to get a drink remade and they refused despite it only being 12 minutes from when it was purchased through the app. The drink is complete ice and cannot be sucked through the straw. The customer service was terrible including the manager being on the phone for the entire 15 minutes my husband was in the store. I am a faithful customer that typically spends between $13 to $18 plus tips. Usually if the drink is wrong it gets remade. This is unacceptable. After many disappointing experiences I am now done with Starbucks.

Made my drink wrong and when asked for what was supposed to be very grumpy and Im sure its not made right at all. Nothing I order Was included that I asked for in a hurry. Maybe need to hire more staff seemed very overwhelmed. Thats all. I get it though the economy sucks.

This is the best Starbucks in Fort Collins. The baristas are really nice, they are quick and the coffee never tastes burnt like some of the other locations around. I think not having a drive thru is a big part of the reason it’s always consistent. They also have the best selection of in stock pastries.

I drove through, so I could rate two of the questions. Sad that Starbuck doesn't have cream instead it has half and half. Makes a difference.
Why can't one buy their tea brand? You can buy their coffee.

We're visiting from out of town and staying at a hotel with bad coffee, so we have been coming to this store for the past 3 days. All 3 times, the staff seemed unhappy and were bothered with any request. We're low maintenance- just a cup of joe please - no nod, no hello, no thank you, just blah plus lukewarm coffee. So, 3 strikes. I guess we'll venture out to find another intersection. Lol

Millie is awesome. After dumping my drink everywhere, she came to a quick resolution ? The staff here typically work quickly and my pickup order is always ready within minutes. The push notifications for the app are always accurate to let me know when my order is ready

I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and Jenna. (I hope I got the names right!) These two must have made over 30+ drink and food orders in under 10 minutes. I was nervous by how busy it seemed with only two people on but I was on my way in great time today. They were kind, efficient, and accurate. Great work you two!
