Every time I have gone into this coffee shop the people are super nice. They get your order right. I wish these people worked at my regular coffee shop in Florida. I am sure going to miss this store.

I stopped by yesterday and asked for a drink that I had seen on Instagram but that Starbucks doesn't really have on their menu. The young lady and young man listened to how I described it and they made it for me! They were so kind and it tasted excellent 😊 Thank you for going out of your way, it made my day! #matchaespressofusion

Small but perfectly formed.
I've stopped here several times after my meetings for coffee and cake. I received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt at ease. It was also very quiet, so I could still get some work done on my laptop. I'll gladly come back.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff are friendly, drinks are always filled completely, and area is very clean! I use other locations because this one doesn't have a drive thru, but always end up coming back because this one is worth getting out of the car for!

My husband went in today to get a drink remade and they refused despite it only being 12 minutes from when it was purchased through the app. The drink is complete ice and cannot be sucked through the straw. The customer service was terrible including the manager being on the phone for the entire 15 minutes my husband was in the store. I am a faithful customer that typically spends between $13 to $18 plus tips. Usually if the drink is wrong it gets remade. This is unacceptable. After many disappointing experiences I am now done with Starbucks.
