This is your typical overpriced Starbucks. But it does have a very large dining area with many tables of different sizes for meetups. Unfortunately many of the chairs are about 3 inches too short and make you feel like a child at the grown up table.

went through the drive to order an iced chai with white chocolate and the whole drink was just syrup. It’s like they didn’t even stir the drink. Also ordered a gouda sandwhich and the top bread was hard as a rock. wouldn’t recommend.

This is a ten dollar coffee (5shots) LIGHT ON ICE. If I remove this ice, its barely half a cup! Two separate orders a week apart. One with ice removed on a light ice order(6 shots) the other order 5 shots and half cup ice with massive ice blocks, on a light ice order.

Rude staff!!! I have been a SB customer for many many years and order at least once a day. Girl with medium auburn hair working inside order on Aug 12, 2024 at 11:45am needs a lesson in customer service. So rude I will not be back. Lots of coffee options near that location.

I don’t typically go to Starbucks but today I wanted to try the lavender Frappuccino. I ordered on the app which was super fast and easy. I got to the store and waited in line for 30 minutes and barely anyone talked to me. I chose to pick up through the drive-thru. I sat at the speaker for a while before anyone spoke to me and then I sat at the window for a while before anyone spoke to me. By the time I got my drinks, the Frappuccino was melted/watery and my hot coffee was cold. I didn’t want to say anything in the moment because the people behind me would have to wait even longer and that wait was already too long. I might just wait to order until I get there and I might go inside next time. Or try a different store.
