Employee refused to check nutrition information for me when usually it’s just a binder beneath the counter. She told me I “would have to check myself.” I asked a very basic gluten allergy question. There was no one behind me so it’s not like there was a line I was holding up. I’m surprised she didn’t know the answer to my question off the top of her head, especially given how many people are allergic or intolerant to gluten. Really disappointed that I would basically have to do everything myself when I came inside specifically to ask the employees this question.

It was very dirty. There was a drink on the floor right when you walk in they didn’t say hi nothing they’re very rude and the lady that did my drink. She put her fingers all over the top where I drink from Very nasty.

Consistently takes over 10-20 minutes in line for drive thru. Definitely not worth it since the customer service is lacking and everyone that works here is unenthusiastic. Not fun ways to start my morning

Whoever this Jack guy is that told my friends and I to “not scream through the speaker it’s common decency “ or whatever he said was so rude. We were waiting in line for 15 minutes, got to the speaker and were told to wait in which case my friends and I were just laughing and talking to ourselves just to get told to be quiet in an extremely rude way. Lady at the window was super sweet though but we did get the wrong food but after that I really didn’t care anymore.

Location is super hit or miss. The lines can be really long, too. Any other starbs location in town is probably better.

You know you go too much when they see you pull up, and they just start making your coffee just how you like it. They are alway nice and highly efficient. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes, even with a long line. I've never had their food, so I can't rate it.
This Starbucks has room to sit and talk without interrupting anyone.

Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes behind 3 cars. Read thru the menu on the app.. could have ordered pick up faster then it took in the drive thru. Then the person in the drive thru said they didn't have the drink the menu clearly started they had she said it was seasonal... why is your online ordering showing a drink youre telling me you don't have currently? There were 4 employees standing around. At 3pm on a Tuesday smh. Will skip this Starbucks next time.

This Starbucks is one of the 2 best in the Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath and Greeley area. Never had any issues here keep up the great work.

Please monitor the sitting area-people speaking loudly on work conferences is not OK in a quiet environment. It absolutely ruined our experience and we will not come back if this is going to be the case. Employees could monitor this. Before you tell me to contact us as you’ve done with all the other reviews I have. Please address this, directly here if you choose to respond. Maybe you could put some signs up that say speak quietly, or have respect for people around you, or don’t do video conferences here for an hour?
