This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location in town other than the one on the other side on N College. I like that it's spacious and I like the type of seating they have against the windows. Employees are nice.

Everyone else in this building is generally kind but this location is unfortunate enough to have one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Rachel was absolutely awful and I would avoid her at all cost if you frequent this location. Never mind the fact that she chastised us for wearing masks (my medical needs do not need to be explained to a Starbucks barista), but she handled herself in a very rude manner when we orders and again when I went back to ask for the door code for the bathroom. Absolutely unnecessary.

Very kind staff never had an issue. Very fast aswell. My car broke down in the middle of the drive thru which caused a massive stir (oops) but everyone was so kind as I was freaking out from already having an awful day. They didn't charge me for my order which was awfully kind. Thank you Starbucks!

Employee named Dylan was very rude during our interaction at the drive thru when we were trying to make one of the deals for half off on cold drinks to work. He was very passive aggressive and lacked basic customer service skills. He was extremely rude as we were trying to use the app and spoke down to us like we were stupid. I wouldn’t want to interact with him again.
