I’ve been coming to the Starbucks inside the king soopers for quite sometime now and there’s no better worker than Orlando. He remembered my name after not seeing him for while, and has always been so friendly, makes the best tasting drinks and is always so quick with his service. I don’t know what needs to happen to get him a raise or something much bigger but it needs to happen. I still go to this shop just for him!!!!

Almost every time I order ahead, I have to wait at least 10 minutes past the pickup time. Often longer. The pace is visibly slow when there is a crowd of people waiting. No one is pleased.

Came for 2 drinks. It took 10 min to take my order and 30 min to receive it, despite there being no one in line ahead of me. They served 4-5 people ahead of me who walked in with a mobile order. Something feels wrong about that when you are the person in line.

Some of the worst customer service. Very convenient to get coffee before grocery shopping but it’s odd that the stockers in the store have better attitudes than the baristas at the Starbucks. Ordered at 3pm 12/17/23 and the gentleman in the mask was awful. Very rude when ordering, and wouldn’t even call out names for drinks and then was rude when you asked if that was your drink. This is not the first bad experience I have had there and specifically with this one barista. Management should definitely try to improve the customer service moral and give this particular barista a talking to.
Normally have a pleasant experience here but today was just awful. Gal behind the counter absolutely sucked the life from me before i even got to the counter and when i did get up to order wasn’t even acknowledged. The guy behind me and i both walked away because it was appalling. I’ll 100% go out of my way for different coffee next time.

It's just the normal good Starbucks coffee, but the folks behind the counter at this location do a great job. I am in there a few times a week and it's always a quick stop. There was an abnormally long line today and the baristas handled it with enthusiasm - enough that I'm leaving a review. I was in and out of there quickly.
