After having a bad experience at another location in Fort Collins, I went in search for a better Starbucks. I am so glad I tried this location. Tony is by far the BEST barista I have ever encountered. He is so friendly and approachable. He made me laugh and smile. My order was made perfectly. I will most definitely be returning!

Me and my daughter came for a strawberry matcha and a caramel machiatto Kasen made our drinks very good! He was very sweet and kind, he should be your new manager!;) Also it would be nice to update your store hours in the website

I used to be a regular however since corporate has started cutting back on the hours of my favorite baristas the people who make my coffee the way I like it are never there anymore when I go in on my commute. I will find elsewhere that will make the coffee I like since Starbucks corporate is ruining the customer experience by having inconsistent staffing.
