Received my coffee and it was luke warm at best. My latte had absolutely no coffee flavor, one of worst Ive ever had. I Asked to please remake the coffee and they said yes if I want to pay for it again. Will never go there again!! Very bad representation for

I wouldn't say that I'm normally a big coffee drinker, in fact I only stopped in to this location to get my wife and her lover at home their drinks. What is normally a solemn reminder of the antagonistic, unbearable hell that I reside in, this Starbucks visit was different. I wasn't thinking about the entanglement or catastrophe that is my love/marriage life (divorce in process lol). I wasn't thinking about how it got this bad or how on earth I passed that breathalyzer on the trip here. No, I wasn't thinking of any of those things. In regards to what brought about this sudden change in my spirit for the better, it was the people. Good employees can serve you quickly, great employees can change your whole mindset. One of the baristas in particular, emphasized what it means to be a top notch employee. Bailey Allen was at the front of all operations, and made the customers feel at ease. Never in my life have I seen such efficient managerial techniques before I encountered Bailey. During rush hour, she was fixing machines, attending to customers, dealing with complaints, and ordering her coworkers with a powerful voice that echoed throughout the Starbucks like a lions roar across the Serengeti. When Bailey spoke... people listened. It wasn't harsh, rather eloquent and managerial. She was petite, but with a commanding voice that said "SIZE DOESNT MATTER." Truly, all of the employees respected her despite her miniature stature. I respected her for the same reason, a convincing, sure tone that made me feel reassured, safe even. I won't go into details but Bailey saved my marriage, and I got to see my own kids for the first time in years because of her. This experience was like no other, and I hope Starbucks recognizes what she and the other employees bring to the table and reimburse them accordingly. Without a hint of hyperbole, I owe Bailey my life.

If I could give this locations no stars I would! My coffee was burnt and I kindly asked the barista to remake my drink after taking one very small sip standing at the counter waiting for a friends drink and the barista told me the machine pours the way it pours and that she wouldn't remake the drink that I had just paid $6 for! I've never had a store tell me they wouldn't remake a drink for me! I am highly disappointed in this location and will never be back!

The team here is always pleasant and kind. Today I decided to go inside by myself to work on some assignments I had for school and placed a mobile order. I had no rush to get my coffee and liked how peaceful it was inside. Unfortunately there was an older gentleman who may have not meant any harm but made me feel very uncomfortable. He was asking me personal questions and after awhile approached me in the corner. I kept trying to end the conversation and he would then restart the conversation with the same questions. The employees were fantastic and I believe that they were keeping an eye on me. I can't be sure if they were but they offered him a tea and when he walked away I grabbed my coffee and thanked them... Not many people have bad intentions but as a woman I am an easy target and have to keep my guard up. I am not a very social person in settings where I have tasks to complete. I am very appreciative of the staff and I am always appreciative of their kindness... They deserve raises....... \\u003c3 Much love N. College Location... \\u003c3

To be fair I am a Starbucks virgin. I don't understand the lingo and it's hard for me to describe exactly what I want. I went to this place and a perky young lady named Sarah was eager to help. I described what I wanted :"something cold creamy with a lot of caffeine". She thought for a second then said something to her co-worker which was unintelligible but then again like I said I don't speak the lingo. What was handed to me was the most delicious thing I've ever drank she managed to translate my gibberish into something that was exactly what I wanted. She was also kind enough to write down what it was I had ordered in Starbucks language so that I could take it to any other Starbucks and get the same thing. I would give this place six stars if I could. Thanks Sarah for consistently making my day better every time I come there.
