This place fumbled the basics on a birthday meal with the family.
My dad ordered the Hangover Burger, which literally comes with a fried egg. The burger showed up with no egg. That’s not a small detail—that’s the defining feature of the burger. No explanation, no fix offered save for a small discount on the food.
We also ordered a Huckleberry Mule and it was laughably weak. It tasted like flavored soda with a vague memory of alcohol. If you’re going to charge for a specialty cocktail, it should at least resemble a real drink.
I don’t mind paying burger-bar prices, but I do expect what’s listed on the menu to actually show up, and for cocktails not to feel watered down. This wasn’t a kitchen being busy—this was sloppy execution.
The fried pickles and cheese curds were had for an appetizer were good.
Plenty of places in town do burgers and drinks better. This one needs to tighten it up.

Great place in the heart of Fort Collins Colorado. Right on College Ave close to Colorado State University. Food and service were outstanding. Shout out to our server Frederica. Good for a date night, or with a group of friends.

servers are always great but the management needs to staff more servers than just one. poor girls are always so stressed and overwhelmed. they are always lovely though. management just needs to do better.
also anytime i check “shredded lettuce” i get “shredded carrots” instead on my burger. not my favorite thing also not sure how that happens each time I’m here

I have had the pleasure of coming here about a dozen times over the last few years. The food is consistently fantastic, and the night of this writing, Hunter in the back-of-house made sure that the food was its usual level of fantastic. Amy has been my server on multiple occaisons, and always provides impeccable service, routinely going above and beyond. When I bring family here, Ava makes sure they have as good an experience as I have come to expect from Stuft. This is one of few places in the country that has my heartfelt recommendation without exception, and its because of the staff and the food.
