Love the burgers, every time I come here I make a complete mess of myself. It’s awesome. I would kill somebody for those sweet potato fries. Because I pay for myself now, nobody can stop me from licking the frosting and sprinkles off the sides of the mason jars of ice cream! Amy also was a wonderful server, she brought me food! What more could you ask for?

This was my first time eating here and I got takeout, so I don't know if the experience is better for dining in but overall I am really disappointed. I absolutely would not have paid $40 for this meal if I knew it was going to be like this. The burger was tough, soggy and the lettuce was slimy. The "salted caramel" milkshake was literally flavorless, not even plain vanilla flavor but just tasted like milk and came with an ice cold tiny slab of brownie. The fries were halfway decent and sauces were good but that's about it. Super bummed
Food is good and very unique, but the service did take awhile. Strong French/Canadian influence.

We were driving through Fort Collins and saw a burger bar, had to stop! We were greeted and seated quickly and got some recommendations on sides and drinks. The server said he really liked the brussel sprouts, which I've never heard anyone say before, so I had to try them and they were delicious! So flavorful. I got the Sweet & Spicy Hawaiian Burger and it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. My husband got the Patty Melt and he loved it. The Schilling cider was perfect with my burger too because of the sweetness from the pineapple on it. It's a smaller place but it has a great layout that fills the space with as much seating as possible. Food came out quickly and I liked the laid back atmosphere. If we come back to the area this will be one of our go-tos.

This place has a very cool menu of primarily specialty burgers but they also have a chicken sandwich as well. I had the bacon Bleu and it was fantastic! We split an order of the Parmesan Garlic fries (it was definitely large enough for 2) and they were very tasty and crisp. They also have a full bar and TVs to catch the game! Parking can be dicey on College so just park in the lot behind the building and take the walkway.
