I showed up at around 8:30pm and was excited to get my food. Turns out the person that was working there was extremely rude, I only asked her for 3 foot longs and she continued to give me the 6 inch. I corrected her and told her she was not giving me the right size bread, after I told her she tossed the bread back in a rude way and proceeded also when I asked her for a specific sauce she said with an attitude“oh we don’t have that” I don’t know the employees name because she didn’t have her name tag at all. This is the first and last time I’m going to this location
I come to this subway all the time as it is close to my house and I’ve been going here for over 3 years. Tonight I came in at 8:20pm, 40 minutes before closing, and I experienced terrible service once again from this particular man that’s given me awful service more often than not. I couldn’t say what his name was because he never wears a name tag, but he has glasses and black hair, in his late 20’s maybe early 30’s. I always try to be patient with him and not be that annoying customer but tonight was the final straw for me. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich, he says they’re out. Ok. I ask for Parmesan cheese and he throws the shaker in a bin, clearly very upset, and goes to grab a new one. I get how hard it is to work in food service but this worker literally makes me feel like an inconvenience when I come in and I can’t take it anymore. I’ve spent so much money at this location but after tonight I’ve had enough. I’ll just suck it up and make the further drive to a Subway that hopefully has been customer service than he does.

This is my favorite subway ever.. the people are friendly and I enjoy seeing them every time I go in.
The sandwich’s always seem so much better than other subways too. I make it a part of my weekly routine. Fast, accurate order every single time. I appreciate you all.

I would like to talk to management. The great service is what keeps me coming back. But when I see the Subway commercials of the Sub Sandwhiches, I do not get what is advertised. I have photos of what I received and compared to the commercials, embarrassing.

I ordered online. Having trouble with the website. 2 footlongs. Gentleman calls me back after ordering online and says my daughter was there too early for pick up. Trouble with website. Finally ordered. Ask him to include 3 small ranches, he says only 1 per sandwich. I asked if I could pay extra for 3rd. No problem. He says no. Btw, 8:30pm. I'm sure not busy. I ask him for his name since I'm bothered, he says fine, I'll throw them in. My daughter gets there and he says, she's lucky I don't spit in her food. Never let her order again. I'm angry. My food wasn't free, and I never asked for anything free. I will never order from here again. Unprofessional and disgusting. I will continue to contact management . Rude

I ordered online through the subway website. I received a track your delivery text stating Door dash was delivering our food. Which is fine. However, when I attempted to track it the link didn't go anywhere. And the website didn't show an order for today. We grew concerned as we just dropped $50 on sandwiches. When I called the restaurant directly to confirm the order we placed was received & payment was received the woman on the phone was so darn rude. She wouldn't let me form a complete darn question! "I don't know, i don't know, i don't know" was her every answer to my incomplete questions. She did say your order is just sitting here. Welcome to my question. And when I attempted to asked about how doordash got our order she stated "we don't have anything to do with that, we don't interact with doordash." She didn't want to hear the question or my concern. My issue was their site was down, the app is down and there's no way to track it unless the website is up and running. I said I'll just call back if it doesn't arrive. Call ended. I then received a call from another employee at subway, he stated "your order had been picked up" i thanked him for calling proceeded to try and tell him there's an issue with..... He cut me off burst out with "subway gets the order and they place a delivery request to door dash". hmm that's not what the other employee said. He sadly had the same rude demeanor, short tone & didn't let me finish a thought, ask a question or inform them that the site & app are not working properly. It's a helpful skill to listen, don't run over the customer who's relaying a concern as it's their money that's lost if the system fails. LISTEN and then proceed with the conversation & maybe if you hear a full phrase there's an answer there. That's a skill learned in Kindergarten. Don't interrupt & listen fully when others are speaking. We paid over $50 and we wanted to know our food was coming. What was the reason to be so short & rude? The woman literally said they weren't busy! Don't treat customers so rudely, then have another employee call and be just as rude. I do appreciate the 2nd employee for calling and saying our order was picked up. Had he listened, the experience would have likely been turned around and this a positive review & a thank you. But nope. You guys are rude. Time for an employee training session.
