I went in at 7:15 pm and the young man had essentially shut down almost 2 hours before closing. He ignored us when we walked in and when he finally responded after I said hello four times, he did so by rolling in eyes and sharing his exasperation with us. He was extremely rude. We walked out as I wouldn’t trust him to make our food. Horrible experience. He should be fired for treating customers that way.

Had a sub there Sunday for lunch began to feel bloated. Didn't eat dinner, woke up in the middle of the night with a fever. Didn't leave the toilet for 2 days. Never going to another subway.

Last night I went to order 2 6inch sandwiches and a pretzel. He had everything put away, and told me that there was no mayo, mustard,onions, or pretzel. The bread on my sandwiches was old. So when I went today, I told the shift manager didn't care about what I had said, not I'm sorry, I'll speak to him, nothing but a blank look on his face. And when I asked, he said that they always have supplies. I won't be coming back. Poor service

Seems like they don't bake enough bread for the lunch rush, the last 2 times I could not get Italian herb and cheese, had to settle for white, then on top of that, the fountain machine is broken, a worker had unwashed hair, uncovered, you could see white dots in her hair, is there a management team here? Or on vacation?

The subs were horrible and hardly any toppings like they were running out and couldn't bother
Awesome subway branch. Fast service, open tables to sit at and most importantly, workers are friendly and very personable. I realized that I forgot my wallet when I went to pay and the GM, Joe paid for my sub. Of course I’ll pay him back and won’t abuse the hospitality but this story goes to show the exceptional kind of service you get when visiting this branch.

Food is normal but there were 4 employees, 3 just standing in the back doing restock while one struggled to make the sandwiches for just 2 people in front of me. Took almost my entire lunch just to get a single sandwich even though the place was dead. Maybe prioritize getting customers out faster then restocking rather than having everyone just standing in the back while 1 guy takes 20 min to make 3 subs.

We were road tripping with the family and thought that we’d put in an order for sandwiches 30 min. prior to arrival. We arrived and I was surprised to find that our order had only just been started and waited another 15 min. for 4 sandwiches. They were out of both milk and juice boxes for the kids (which had already been paid for). They were also out of mustard. The sandwiches were all made incorrectly. The single employee working was very kind, but it did not make up for the poor quality of product. The worst part is that there are no working bathrooms on the premises. The bathrooms were locked and the subway employee did not have a key. Avoid by all means!
