It’s a basic Subway— no frills, but none to be expected.
Reason for 2 Stars is because they no longer accept coupons here or anywhere in Northern Colorado any longer so now all of a sudden 3 footlongs (for the family and kids) is approaching $50.
It’s not sustainable for 3 sandwiches.

Second time I've ordered online and had it made like absolute crap. Zero lettuce, a few spinach leaves and one row of cucumber. Was supposed to be MORE lettuce, regular spinach and MORE cucumber. Also there is a few bits of crunch on here in one spot. HOW?!?!

I had an odd request and Joe was super helpful!
Horrible service and rude employee. I waited over 15 minutes with only two people in front of me in line. The employee openly complained to the customers about her job making everyone clearly uncomfortable. When it was finally my turn in line, the rude employee told me to wait while she made an online order. I promptly left and will not be returning. I don’t know who is managing this subway, but you seriously need to reevaluate your staff.

I went in at 7:15 pm and the young man had essentially shut down almost 2 hours before closing. He ignored us when we walked in and when he finally responded after I said hello four times, he did so by rolling in eyes and sharing his exasperation with us. He was extremely rude. We walked out as I wouldn’t trust him to make our food. Horrible experience. He should be fired for treating customers that way.
Had a sub there Sunday for lunch began to feel bloated. Didn't eat dinner, woke up in the middle of the night with a fever. Didn't leave the toilet for 2 days. Never going to another subway.
Never again. You are better off spending your money on a pre-made sandwich from the attached gas station.

Last night I went to order 2 6inch sandwiches and a pretzel. He had everything put away, and told me that there was no mayo, mustard,onions, or pretzel. The bread on my sandwiches was old. So when I went today, I told the shift manager didn't care about what I had said, not I'm sorry, I'll speak to him, nothing but a blank look on his face. And when I asked, he said that they always have supplies. I won't be coming back. Poor service

Seems like they don't bake enough bread for the lunch rush, the last 2 times I could not get Italian herb and cheese, had to settle for white, then on top of that, the fountain machine is broken, a worker had unwashed hair, uncovered, you could see white dots in her hair, is there a management team here? Or on vacation?
