I’ve been a few times since it’s so close to where I live, and I’m not one to usually leave a negative review, but service is always painfully slow and I have to repeat myself multiple times. The guy that’s usually there when I go is very clearly stoned out of his mind (I get it, ya know, it’s not a fun job, but if you’re gonna do that you better still be able to actually DO your job and this guy just does not). I tried ordering online to combat this, I ordered a BLT with avocado, which I was charged extra for (obvs). The extra charge would have been fine if they actually put it on the sandwich, but somehow they managed to forget not only the avocado, but the BACON (like how are you gonna miss the B in a BLT). If you gotta eat you gotta eat, but I seriously recommend going somewhere else, there are 6 other subway restaurants within a 3 mile radius of this one - go to any of those instead.

My experience at this subway on campus was severely tarnished by the unprofessional and offensive behavior of some staff members. One individual in particular displayed blatant racist attitudes, which is completely unacceptable, especially in an environment that hosts students from diverse backgrounds around the world. It's disheartening to see such conduct tolerated in a place of learning and growth.

Moreover, the overall service was far below expectations. The staff were not only rude but also dismissive, making what should have been a welcoming environment feel uninviting and hostile. I hope that the administration takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of affairs reflects poorly on the institution.

0 star to give. I ordered my sandwich online and came to pick it up but they had almost no ingredients to make my sandwich or even make it equivalent so I asked a clerk for refunds and she took the receipt and said they would refund me in 2-3 business days.
I didn’t see my refunds after a few business days so I called the store again and another clerk said the exact same thing. More than a week was passed at this point and still no refunds.
I finally got a call from a guy, Travis (manager?) but he made me explain all the details from the beginning even though it was ordered online and the clerk had taken the receipt so he should have all the information he needs. However, he did seem to not want to refund me for some reason, trying to refuse it if possible and kept making excuses for why they didn’t get to refund me soon.
In the end, Travis did say he would refund me soon so I’ll see if that will actually happen.

Worst customer service. One of the employees is very rude. I thought he was having a bad day the first time I went but the few other times I’ve gone he’s been just as rude. And, they’re always out of many items. Will not give my money to this place again.

Rudest and most miserable employees out of any place I’ve ever been to. I come in very politely and speak nicely, but they are still so rude for no reason. I also always try to do an order ahead, but when I get there and no one is ever working on my order.

If I could I would rate this with zero stars as one of the employees there is incredibly rude. I work in customer service myself and I would have gotten fired if I acted the way she does. I also noticed that she plays with yarn behind the counter and that can be a major health hazard with food.

Don’t update store hours on google or on the website. Literally let us place an order to a store that was closed. The process to get the money back was hard. If you are closed, don’t let us place an order!

Wanna go to the laziest, sandy place in foco? Well then this subway is the grand winner. Sandwiches are thrown together with hate and manager is a rude guy that hates everyone that simply wants a sandwich. They also close an hour early from what the website says. 10/10 would never recommend.

Just ordered sand which was made wrong and the girl did not listen to me. Also ordered a cookie which was raw and ended up being thrown away. Total waste of money.

The only good part of the experience was the guy who took my initial order. He was phenomenal and friendly too bad the others ruined the experience
