Very obviously understaffed. I went in and waited a good 10-15 min to order, couldn't understand what the person making my order was saying but she ended up making something completely wrong. It wasn't bad, just not what I wanted. Maybe on me for not correcting her but it was her alone even serving a large line with a bit of a slower pace, there was another person there but he didn't help.

Ordered 3 different sandwiches, each pretty specific to themselves but easy to make. Or so I thought. A plane meatball with extra cheese, got a half meatball, half black olives, with 2 pieces of cheese. Oven roasted turkey on wheat with double meat. Got no meat, Italian bread, excessive onions and pepper. A steak and cheese, double meat, toasted, came not toasted with very little meat and excessive cheese. Not to mention they almost messed up our cookie order while we were ordering right in front of them. WORST experience ever!! Will not be ordering from the two drunks that were there working tonight ever again.

I ordered a pro chicken teriyaki. Spent over $20 on this sandwich. I received the completely wrong sandwich. When i tried to call the store, they hung up the phone within 4 rings. Horrible service. This store is a joke.

Our food tasted delicious! The crew at this store is so friendly and they are always quick with our order! We have no complaints.
Kid-friendliness: We always find something delicious for the kiddos they love to try new menu items and the prices for kids menu items are great!
I gave a 2 star review because the part of this trip that is most important, the food, was lacking. I brought my daughter here to eat and spent 32.46...2 meals, and the sandwiches were not worth the money. The guy that made them was great but he didn't really care if our food was hot, cold, sloppy as heck, or if we were satisfied. I order a steak sandwich untrusted but I wanted to meat warm and it was super cold. My daughter ordered a footling chicken bacon ranch and wanted it toasted and it was still cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I would really like my money back so I will be calling to speak with a manager in the a.m
