They sold me a 2-inch wide sub. It was also ice cold even though it was a meatball sub. Can't get ahold of the owner or anybody at the restaurant for any sort of refund or customer service help. Fact of the matter is whole order was inedible

I love to get myself a sandwich here every other day before work and Kitsey the morning worker, she is always fun to talk to and she remembers everything I want on my sandwich and always asks me how I'm doing. She does a fantastic job. Rock on!

We went in they were busy, which was not a problem. We're were waiting almost 30mins while the girl who I believe was the manager and another employee finished all of the mobile orders before helping anyone in the long line in the lobby. They charged us for a drink which we did not receive. The girl definitely need some work on her customer service. You could tell she was pissed off and did not wanna be there at all. Was rude to her coworker infront of us all. This location usually has issues but this one take the cake. If you don't wanna be there and can't fake it then don't work in customer service.

We ordered online today. The app said our order would be ready at 12:10. We know from experience that we needed to show up later than that. My husband drove over between 12:15-12:20. Our sandwiches weren't ready. No big deal; it's busy. But before he could engage with the employee at all, the man yelled at my husband. He said he was not completing any online orders. He told my husband he could wait in line like everyone else. So my husband said, no, just cancel our order and refund our money. The employee responded, "Yes, boss." My husband called me right away to tell me about the interaction. When he hung up, I noticed our order was marked "ready. " How could our order be ready? The employee just told my husband he refused to complete any online orders and there was no food on pick-up shelf. I understand the employee's frustration if he's the only one working. But turn off the order ahead option. Or maybe just say calmly, I'm running behind and will need extra time for your order. But now since I used a gift card and our order is "ready," this employee basically stole my money. At least Fort Collins has many options for sandwiches and I never have to go here again.

Do not eat here. The “manager” yesterday was dangerous and scared customers. He oversalted two orders in a row and needed to remake them. Blamed it on the customers. Started yelling at us and said that we “came at him”. The man was totally rude and unhinged. We ended up walking out. I have never experienced anything like this before in a restaurant. Do not eat here for your own safety.

This subway sandwich location is my leaps and bounds my favorite in a while. The service is top notch. My sandwich artist paid careful attention to my needs. Would highly recommend!!!
