We placed an online pick up order. Our sandwiches were missing the mayo..There were barely any onions The meat seamed Xtra skimpy as well. Definitely disappointing. Also no chips in the bag.
The experience was very bad, orders a salad with double the proteins and got no protein but a bunch of brown lettuce and there was no cheese or very many other greens on the salad besides lettuce. But they guy making the sandwiches seemed new but the gal checking people out seemed to have a very bad attitude and rushing everyone so nobody could make sure there order was right at all. Very displeased with this location there needs to be something done with some of the employees that are having bad attitude problems. And this food isn’t very cheap for what it is. But if you have problems don’t bother calling they are gonna yell at you and then hang up and not answer the phone anymore. And don’t send a email to the customer service line through corporate because they won’t respond to you either.

We ordered online on our app and said our order would be ready at 6:15. My family went to pick it up. They said they never received it. They were there for 45 minutes before we got our food and they got home. I'm not sure who was working and it was Friday night January 30th but whoever it was needs some help

This location has always been poorly kept. I believe there’s new management, in the last couple months it’s been much cleaner, better service, less homeless people hanging around ( they’re still outside but not in front of the store or inside) employees are nicer and seem to actually care what they’re doing. There’s still one kid I don’t know his name for sure as he never wears a name tag but he’s Hispanic and always wears an older subway jersey style shirt with glasses and if he’s alone the music is some cussing gangster stuff he’s terribly rude to everyone I stood in the lobby for a min before he came from in back to help me an all he said was “what do you want” everyone else is newer or very polite. I eat subway on average 3 times a week it’s inexpensive, an healthier than the other options on my way home this is my new go to store.

Their pizza slices are large and satisfying.
Chance after chance. No more at all. Every order is messed up somehow. Forgetting something or an absolute mess. Then can’t answer the phones to correct anything.

They sold me a 2-inch wide sub. It was also ice cold even though it was a meatball sub. Can't get ahold of the owner or anybody at the restaurant for any sort of refund or customer service help. Fact of the matter is whole order was inedible
