We came in with a large, indecisive group on a time crunch and Aaron was a rockstar! He was ready with suggestions and helped keep everyone organized. He saved the day and we couldn’t have asked for better service or food!

I waited an hour and kept calling out "Hello?" before I saw the one employee in a completely empty store! It took him 10 minutes to make my food because he started making the next person's in the middle of mine and kept switching back and forth between our orders. He had to stop twice and go in the back to get utensils and bags. He also had to keep asking us what kind of sandwiches we wanted and how we wanted them prepared, and thought the other person's food was mine. This is not fair to the employees or customers. They really need to hire more than one person to work lunchtime in the middle of the week.

I went around 11:30am today and the store was dirty, didn’t look cleaned from night before. The chips at the front were 1/2 missing, not filled from night before. The kid that was working was so slow and made my food in silence, the vegetables looked ransacked and definitely not prepped for the lunch hour. I had to ask him to change out 2 of the veg bins because I didn’t want old vegetables that were slimy and red lettuce. Looked like leftovers from the night before, bread was old and dry. Worst Subway I’ve been to. Reading through these reviews it seems to be a real issue here, shame on the franchisee and manager.

If I could give a rating in negative numbers I certainly would. This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Tomatoes were slimy the meatball was all dried out with no sauce. I thought I would go back and order a different sub. It was horrible. This is only my opinion but I will never go back to this place unfortunately I live only a mile away and I would across town to not experience

This is absolutely the WORST Subway I have ever got a sandwich from. Ordered a foot-long tuna and there wasn't enough tuna in it to cover the bottom bun. I asked for light mayo on the sandwich and it was lathered and dripping with mayo. I also asked for extra tomato and there were three thin slices on the entire foot-long. Basically what I got and paid for was a mayonnaise sandwich, which was inedible. Subway Manager - TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! I will never go to this Subway again - TOTAL rip off!

Please hire more employees. There’s only one worker with a large line during lunch hour and doing online orders on top of the orders. I have waited a total of 30 minutes in line for my order and was late getting back to work. This isn’t fair to the employee or the consumer.

This location messed up my order once, and the second time, they hadn’t even started working on my order until I got to the store. I had to wait 15 minutes until my order was ready. They also didn’t have some of the menu items. I could understand if this location were busy, but they’re not. The staff is either poorly trained or they don’t care. Avoid this location unless you have plenty of time to kill and don’t mind a half-baked service.

If this location doesn’t hire more employees I will launch a civil rights campaign against the company highlighting the trauma and abuse endured by one single individual operating an entire restaurant with a line of ten people. The amount of integrity and discipline this kind hearted women has is impressive and noteworthy.

Can you believe that a hair appeared in my sandwich today, 02/03/2024, and the manager has the nerve to tell me "don't worry, we'll prepare another one." Screw you, I don't want your hair sandwich.
