I was in line ordering a sandwich. An employee walked out of the bathroom, walked behind the counter, didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make food. I witnessed this called out the employee so everyone else in line knew about the hand washing issue and left.

The manager of this store (a woman with a tight bun who’s name I didn’t get) was so rude and unhelpful to an employee she appeared to be training, she was then rude to us when we requested a menu item that we weren’t aware wasn’t available. (There were pictures of the item all over the store)

This location was an absolute disaster, it was dirty, the staff seem frustrated with the lack of training and no one is willing to help customers. We were largely ignored, then treated as though we were inconveniencing everyone when we attempted to order items directly off the menu. I wouldn’t reccomend working here or patronizing this location

This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didn’t catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasn’t necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect. This dude is practically a sandwich scientist. I never thought I’d care this much about a damn sandwich but this employee has raised my standards. Thank you Subway employee guy on west drake!

The food was inedible. The bread was super super stale and burnt. I had to take out the insides and put it on my own bread at home so that the whole thing didn’t go to waste. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten stale bread from subway so today was my last time going there. Not worth the price.

Biggest rip off every. They charge 11.00 for a sub and only put about 2.00 worth of meat on it. Go to jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike’s if you want to get your money’s worth! Subway is a total rip off!

Sandwich expert working this evening, looked like he was crafting a masterpiece. The guy was amazing I was blown away with the effort he put into both of our sandwiches. This subway is kinda fancy, like a Jetsons subway.

horrible customer service, the kid that was working either hates everyone or doesn't like people of color.. yelled at my significant other after asking him rudely what do u want and then as he is telling him what he wants.. the young man yells at him "you need to wait" it made other customer look at the employee in shock and made my 3 year old scared... this is not how u treat people and I hope people decide to spend their money at a different location.. it was so nerve racking that my significant other told him u can cancel those sandwiches we will take our money somewhere else... I AM DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED

The food wasn't the best asked for a kids meal with just white bread and melted cheese. He put the sandwich in the toaster closed so we got still shredded cheese and burned outside of the bread. I asked for lettuce got a few pieces and jalapenos and got a ton of them. Everything that wasn't controlled by the employees was okay. (Soda machine, and chips.)
