Good food fast, the gent at the window was super friendly, and I was blown away to learn they're open as late as they are. This is right around the corner from me so super appreciate them being right where they are. Deserves a better score, hands down
This used to be my fave location in town due to them making my orders correctly and great customer service. Now they frequently fail to add extras or substitutes that I order. On top of that, the pick up window area SMELLS TERRIBLE. Smells and looks like downtown denver. It's gross and crumbles my appetite. For reference I always visit during late night hours and almost always order online for pickup.
So I get it, I really do. Going to taco bell and expecting top notch service is just doing yourself an injustice. But these fools are out here acting like they can’t follow instructions. Loose cannon. They consistently “forget” to make half of my order. Like does it not just pop up on a screen and y’all just make what’s on there and put it in the bag? It’s not busy so what’s the night crew up to, I want the invite.
