I came in for just a soda. I stood at the counter, several employees saw me and all ignored me. So I turned around and placed my order on the self-service screens. Then I waited. A couple minutes later someone asked me what I needed and I told them I placed an order and they seemed clueless. I told them it was just for a soda, she finally gave me a cup. Considering all I needed was 1 drink and there were 0 other customers, it should not have taken 10 minutes.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell ever! I placed 3 orders from here and I was told the first two orders were stolen. Stolen?! What the he’ll king of establishment allows this to happen? The third time I was told they just flat out refused to make my order. Do not go to this location, ever!

They just stopped making the chili cheese burrito available at this location a week ago. Please bring it back. That is a Taco Bell staple it should never be removed! Bring back the Chilito!!!

Best taco bell I've had in a LONG time! We went through the drive thru on 1/23/25 and service was fast and the food was great. I got 3 soft shell tacos and they didn't skimp on any of them.

Walked into their lobby didn’t realize it was closed because the door opened just asking for my large nacho fries that they forgot to put in my bag and and was rudely told that the where closed and was told to go back threw the drive thru disappointed never been treated like this before and got a small nacho fry because supposedly they ran out of the large nacho fry cups and a almost empty cheese cup never going there again unless the change the crew

Waited a hour for food. One of the burritos was not what i ordered. Many people canceled their orders. The lobby was full and not moving but the drive thru seemed to get priority and move decently. Employees were slowly working and didn't seem to care about the flow or waits. I will not use this location again. Go anywhere else!

waited 45 minutes for a frickin tAco? what tha. after we waited 45 mins they finally told us that someone stole my food. horrible service
Saw workers outside and inside refusing service and ignoring everyone in the drive through. The menu lights were off but the lights inside were on and people were inside thirty minutes before closing.
Usually I wouldn’t care but I only get thirty minute breaks on 12 hour overnights hoping to grab a bite to eat. Wasted my whole break coming here.

I can’t give a zero this Taco Bell in timnath is not worth the trip I ordered 1 item and the sour cream and never made it. Called to let the manager know she was very rude did not care and hung up on me. So I called Taco Bell corporate and they are looking into it for me. These companies should take the time to find and train good management. Unfortunately that’s not what you get at this store!

Now, if you're choosing to eat at Taco Bell, you know the decision you're making, but if you choose this one, at least you're choosing one of the best. No, there's no one at the counter when you walk in, who cares Karen, they are all busy making the best product they can. When I have the bad idea to choose Taco Bell this is the one I go to.

I'd give 0 stars if I could... Every single time I order here, they get the food wrong. They forget MULTIPLE items, and they are rude. Every. Single. Time. Even if I use DoorDash!!! Half the time, you can't even go in because they keep the lobby locked at busy hours, and when you can go in, it's somehow a mess. We'd all be better off if this location got shut down, just order/go to from a different one.

Got home from the drive thru with what was supposed to be my food. I got the wrong meal, they charged me for avocado salsa that I didn’t get. It was not busy, highly disappointed about the service. I don’t expect much from fast food, last time I’ll be going there.
