Shoutout to the rude lady in Taco Bell who’s taking orders in the drive thru at around 2:30pm today. .She’s not only rude, she also doesn’t care if I have to drive back to get my missing orders. She’s unapologetic and doesn’t care. According to her, it happens all the time. Since she normalized this type of behavior she thinks it’s ok. She was yelling at me and I had to tell her to lower her voice and I don’t want to talk to her. I put it my missing order and when I got home, my 5 layers burrito had beans and cheese only. It shows in the food that they don’t care.
I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this place. I will definitely escalate this to the management due to the poor behavior of the staff.

I wanted a plate with being beef and orange chicken. The lady said it would be 10 minutes for the orange chicken and I was fine with that. She then proceeded to giggle and tell me that it would be closer to 25-30 minutes. While I could have gone somewhere else I had faith so I tried ordering my Beijing beef and she said okay. At the end when I was getting ready to pay she said that they also had none of that. Horrible expierence from this place they’re employees need to learn to do their job.

Not the greatest. Drink options were mid, leaving me with Mountain Dew, Pepsi, and Gatorade that tasted like a metric ton of red 40 in some sugary water. The actual food took awhile to come, despite not having that many customers around then, and the cinnamon twists tasted like pork rinds before you hit the cinnamon. Go to el Diablo instead.

There wasn't an experience :/
Place was closed at 12:30, instead of 1 am as posted.
Workers were present, but shut off the DT screens, and didnt answer the DT speaker.
I miss the days where closing time meant closing at that time, not preparing the close half an hour early.
We sat at the speaker for about 20 minutes with 5 cars behind us and no one in front of us. We finally pulled up to the window and the first man that came up was understanding and helpful. He was tall with brown hair and ponytail with a mustache. However a lady came up to the window and was quite hateful even using a few curse words. But im not sure if the speaker was broken or what. Nooo good service except thanks to the first guy. My little sister just wanted a quesadilla.

Extremely slow, despite it not being busy at all. So I assumed that hopefully my order would be done right. I drove home just to find that 3 of the tacos have cheese and I ordered no cheese on four soft tacos because I am a little lactose intolerant. I do not know what went wrong, but this has been the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been too. I understand if you are in a rush, but the Taco Bell wasn’t understaffed at the time and it wasn’t busy.
Has a nice outdoor seating area but sadly it was a mess throughout the restaurant.
This location has, on 80% of my visits on the weekend, been closed during breakfast hours it is supposed to be open or missing/out of normal menu items like sausage, eggs, or Baja Blast. If there were another location that was on the way to Fort Collins or Loveland, I would go. I love Taco Bell breakfast crunchwraps but I will have to start going to McDonald’s to ensure that I get what I want and not gamble on whether the store will be open.

Updated my review from more stars, something has happened in the past couple years and made this the worst taco bell in the area.
Buy some soap for your bathrooms. There’s a restaurant supply store down the road. Disgusting

This location consistently offers terrible service, if you go anytime past 9pm you are lucky to get a correct order, especially if you are DoorDashing. It is a shame because of the convenience but they truly don’t seem to care about providing a quality, prompt or friendly experience.

Absolutely terrible service here. I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes before I was even greeted. All the while my mobile order is just sitting on the shelf. There were other customers waiting too, one of which an employee (who appeared to be a manager or team-lead) was incredibly rude to. When I finally got my order, my tacos were just empty shells! No filling at all. I have never had a more poor experience at a fast food establishment. If you're craving Taco Bell, drive to a different location. This one ain't it.

The young man working drive-through on the speaker and handing food through the window tonight 10/2 11:50 pm shorter young man with a small mustache is very rude. I understand they’re busy. I work hospitality myself, but composure is important. Also I ordered cinnamon twist with my order and they forgot them, which is not uncommon. I DoorDash about once a week and every single time they will forget all the cinnamon twist. Food is good but late night staff has poor work ethic.
I’ve been in a few times the past couple weeks as I’m new the timnath area. The first night I had amazing service from who I believe was the manager Chris. However the last two visits I’ve experienced the worst costumer service in my life. I think her name started with an “A” she’s a heavy set woman. She was very rude while taking my order telling me to hurry up while there was no one else in the lobby and only 1 or 2 cars in the drive through. I then heard her being very rude to the highschool aged workers while they were preparing my food. Overall the service she provided was disgusting and I even over heard her say something about a person who wasn’t even there and she started laughing about it. Please get rid of that horrid lady.

Came through the drive through on 9/21 around 11pm and received stellar service. Chris was working alone and running the drive-thru flawlessly, all while keeping a smile on his face and serving excellence. stellar service and stellar person right there, Chris is an absolute gem. give that man a raise!!
