I went last Saturday and had been missing a taco burger. No big deal, it happens. I went back today and let them know. This time, they gave me the taco burger on the house, which was nice. Unfortunately, the bulk of the order were suppose to be sausage and instead were bacon. It is unfortunate and this was probably one of the reasons the Windsor location closed. I hoping this can be fixed before the same thing has to happen to this location. I grew up with Taco John’s and would like to continue visiting, but it’s currently frustrating to do so.

Love the breakfast burrito. This is a chain so no 4 stars. Typically they get my.order right, or are quick to correct it. The employees are kind to all people in store. I hope they get recognized that some of the customer base had a bad day and the employees are nice to them.

Unfortunately if you'd like to wash your hands before touching your food then your outta luck here. They wouldn't let me use the restroom to wash my hands unless I ordered something first. The time before that I waited 10 minutes to get my cup while the spastic toothless lady was too busy messing with the drive-thru headset and spinning around in circles for no reason. All while avoiding the front counter and playing with the drive-thru window buttons looking to see if I was still at the counter and well you get the idea. This is after I had already ordered, paid, and gotten my food. They also treat the non customers even worse. It's sad and rude. I say fire all management and start over. Maybe hire people that know what compassion is. Just a thought...

Tea didn't work along with two sodas. Something wrong with soda machine. Came out water. Service and good Herr tho is always amazing! Sketchy area tho. Always homeless or people coming from the jail always around so I don't feel very safe here. Staff is always super nice tho and the food is really good! Tables clean too so thank you very much especially after a pandemic and It being flu season. We will be back!
