Literally gave me 1 item out of 4 . I don’t know why I even came here . Waste of money . My fault for not checking the bag I guess 😒. Not to mention I sat a waited like 15 min for that one stupid ass item.

Two people walked in and no one came to help them, one had to walk behind the counter to get an employee.

They are always out of something and it takes forever to get a simple order. The manager when there loves to yell and blame everything wrong on her employees, shame on you take some responsibility!! The owners of this location need to do better!!

I come here every Tuesday night before my shift starts in fort Collins. The workers here are amazingly nice and quick at serving you your order. Absolutely love how my super potato ole is nice and steamy.

I went last Saturday and had been missing a taco burger. No big deal, it happens. I went back today and let them know. This time, they gave me the taco burger on the house, which was nice. Unfortunately, the bulk of the order were suppose to be sausage and instead were bacon. It is unfortunate and this was probably one of the reasons the Windsor location closed. I hoping this can be fixed before the same thing has to happen to this location. I grew up with Taco John’s and would like to continue visiting, but it’s currently frustrating to do so.

Love the breakfast burrito. This is a chain so no 4 stars. Typically they get my.order right, or are quick to correct it. The employees are kind to all people in store. I hope they get recognized that some of the customer base had a bad day and the employees are nice to them.
I had to write a review, I don’t write reviews. Misty was out there killing it on a Saturday all hustling around swamped with orders. Was very impressed. Would poach that talent if I could.
