Ordered breakfast burritos and cinnamon bites around noon at the Fort Collins Taco John’s near Prospect. The cinnamon bites came without frosting, so we went back through the drive-thru to ask.
The first employee said “just a second” and called over another staff member, who said he would remake them. After waiting a few minutes, a third employee came up and asked for the receipt. When my friend handed over the bag, the employee said that wasn’t what he asked for. My friend explained, “I was just inside, you don’t remember me,” and the employee then said sharply, “Or you guys can just leave — I’m not remaking anything with that attitude,” even though we stayed calm and only asked for the missing frosting.
A simple issue escalated unnecessarily. Very disappointing customer service.

The customer in front of me was very rude, but the cashier kept her cool and was professional. I can say as someone working the food industry myself I give a huge props to her and the gentleman that was fast with the making food. Bravo to both of you guys. :)

I decided to go to Taco John's a couple of days ago and will never return I think the person serving me was named George he messed up my order multiple times and each time he denied his failure he also reeked of alcohol

I went into this store about a week ago and an employee named George made remarks about my appearance I was also given less food than I ordered and when I went to ask for the rest of the food George called me complacent and idiotic worst experience of my life I suffer from high body weight and it was extremely rude how he decided to comment on it never going again

The staff is friendly the food is good but holy crap they are so damn slow this is the absolute slowest fast food ever! Regular 10-15 minute wait for your food, every time. Without fail.

Love the decorations and the staff working just now are awesome, they brought the food out to me instead of just yelling out a name. Kudos

Ordered a burrito with no lettuce/tomatoes had to repeat it and then the employee repeated it back everything was correct on the receipt yet the burrito came with lettuce/tomatoes AND bacon which doesn’t normally come on this burrito. Thankfully we got tacos also so I went to eat a taco I removed the lettuce and the meat just taste so bad even my husband couldnt eat the tacos. We always loved taco John’s but there is something wrong with this one. $31 and all we got to eat were the oles which also weren’t fresh. Just so disappointed

I had lunch here today and it was a lovely experience. The man working(I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) was the only one working and he was doing a wonderful job. He spoke so respectfully and had excellent customer service. The food was delicious and he even delivered it to my table. This man deserves the best in life.
