This taco John's is terrible in a really funny way. It's like a bad movie. The truck is always having mishaps. they will give you the oldest sitting on the warmer burrito of all time that you are sure will kill you where the softshell nearly crunches it is so stale. You're order will get taken by a kid who just sighs right in your face when you order. You will never once get home with the correct order. I only gave it two stars instead of one because amber is really cool and good at her job and none of that bad stuff happens when she is there (except the truck is always screwing up).

I’ve been staring at the sign that says “we know you have lots of choices and we thank you for choosing us” for 30 minutes and my food both exists and does not exist behind the counter. During this fever dream of a visit there have been a lot of laughs between the 6 of us stuck in this purgatory waiting for our food but I believe I am the only one who saw the swinging sign written in blood reading “abandon hope all ye who order here”. I cannot help but coming to the conclusion that I deserve this. Born into sin and un repentant, I had entered this Taco John’s looking for a cheap way to sate my gluttony and lo have I payed. I watch as others enter, torn whether or not to let them know the trials that await them.
When all hope seemed lost, a serious young man entered to take charge. He quickly assessed the situation and smoothed what he could over with the customers by fervently declaring this was not his fault. Guiding his staff by cursing at them and throwing an occasional bag on the floor, he lead his team into frantic disarray. But through this turmoil, a harder generation of Taco John’s employee emerged. Tempered in the smoke coming out of the microwave where a burrito lay forgotten, they emerged a stronger team. In a mere 15 minutes they managed to eke out the last two orders and my family and I were set free.
Looking back, it was worth the memories. The food may have been abysmal but isn’t it really all about the friends we made along the way?

Waiting a confusing amount of time for a fast food order (+25 mins and counting) The GM who came bustling in to deal with whatever situation is happening seems not interested in making the food come faster, just telling people waiting in a loud, flustered voice that it’s not his fault. Still no idea what exactly is making it take this long when it is no where near busy.

We were overcharged & didn't receive the taco we ordered & paid for.
Multiple times I have not received things like sauces or extras I've both paid for and that are complimentary. I 100% understand you get what you pay for but the customer service is mostly unacceptable. Taco John's has a following, and those of us who make the choice to go here expect better. This location is convenient but I'll seek another after this last interaction.
