Ok. For what it's worth, and the rising prices of everything these days, this truck is reasonably priced and has some legit flavor. I am a big fan of the al pastor and an even bigger fan of the birria. The fact that they have birria every day (and not just on weekends like most places) is great. It doesn't really have a seating area, especially since the weather has turned cold; but it's a taco truck in the parking lot of a liquor store, so 2 birds...

This place used to be good. tonight I had some of the worst food I've had in fort collins. Birria was the most bland flavorless plain shredded beef. zero color on the meat or the consome. there was definitely no Chile in the meat, I wouldn't have ordered food if I knew I was getting shredded beef. the tortillas were soggy and greasy, no color on them either. if you are advertising Birria sell Birria. if you want to sell shredded beef/Carne deshbrada that's fine but don't advertise it as Birria. 0/10 really bad experience tonight I won't be coming back. it was also 30 dollars for 2 orders of quesabirrias. outrageously expensive
