Girls night out? Big night to celebrate? Romantic evening for two? We had the most wonderful evening tonight at Taste and Savor! The charming manager, Lauren, made our celebratory night extra special. Our "Red Wines of the World" wine flight and "Taste and Savor charcuterie cheese board"were delicious. We will be back again soon.

My boyfriend and I used to like going to this place because it’s close to our apartment and we like to support local businesses in town. However, the service is poor and the consistency of the food is EXTREMELY Poor. We usually order the exact same dishes every single time and each time they come out differently. Last time, I ordered a cheeseboard and barely received any cheese on it so, it was mainly just meats. Then, my boyfriends pizza was so covered in sauce, that he couldn’t even eat it. The last straw was when I asked for more bread, other than the 2 pieces I had received, and we ended up being charged $5 for some wafer crackers. It’s too bad we won’t be going back to this place when it’s so close by.

Always have a wonderful experience at Taste and Savor - Jim and his staff are so attentive. The wine selection is great - hard to find in Fort Collins. They offer a diverse array of flavors that cater to both aficionados and newcomers. The food is delicious (flatbreads, spinach artichoke dip, bruschetta) - looking forward to tasting the new menu! Pop in for a wine tasting if you can! A definite must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful, top-tier wine experience.

Popped into this local place recently and were delighted by what we found! A nice place to have nibbles and wine in a refined atmosphere. We were greeted immediately and offered either indoor or outdoor seating, as the weather was still cooperating. We chose indoors. The owner seated us, and our server was there quickly with water, menus and suggestions. My wife and I each opted for a flight of three wines - she had the Reds Around the World and I had the Whites Around the World - along with recommended cheese pairings. Our servers was very knowledgeable about the wines, cheeses and their other food offerings. A side order from the tapas menu, and we were good for the evening. If you love food, wine, cheese and tapas along with service that makes you feel like a guest instead of a customer, check it out!

So fun want to go back! We did wine flights and an appetizer as a girls night out. It was so good and the wine flight was fun being able to tty a few wines before ordering a glass. The service was great and ambience is very pretty inside.

The spinach artichoke dip, flat bread, and caprese salad were all amazing. The wine completed the menu with an excellent atmosphere. If you are ever in Ft Collins, a visit to this wine bar is a must. The stresses of college moving day for your children are just erased. Also, make reservations at the Fairfield in and suites so you can walk to your room afterwards. The wine is that good.

Good wine and service. We had hoped to get food with our wine but they stopped serving early so we headed somewhere else for dinner then came back. I was a bit disappointed that their dispensers weren't operating because I wanted to try them. The environment was comfortable and plenty of wine choices.

I like this place. Love the ambiance. They have a happy hour but aren't great at promoting it so you have to ask. Their default is to give you a rather large menu with a wide selection. Love it when we can sit on the patio.

We had a wonderful evening having red wine flights and chatting with Hazel, our server and the lovely guests. Great ambiance and terrific selection of wine!

Fantastic. They had a great selection of delicious wines and cheeses at reasonable rates. Plus, the servers were super helpful and kind. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been here two times and love both experiences! One was pre COVId with a girlfriend it was wonderful. I always wanted to go back, but didn't want to "hear it" from my husband because I thought he would hate it. My husband and I finally went and he LOVED it! So much so, it is one of the places he suggests when we plan a date night. The wine is great, food is good and service is good. We will be back again!!

I signed up for their March 28th passport event on February 11th for a friend and I, who only manage to get together a couple times a year. I called per the instructions on the website and was asked to text my info over, and they would get us added to the event list. I did so, including a line offering to pay prior to the event if I needed to. I got a notification that the person liked the text, and then I sent another text verifying the time, and got a verbal confirmation. So, imagine my surprise when we showed up for the event, after each driving an hour in rush hour traffic, to find out we were never signed up. After I showed the text confirmation, I was told there was nothing they could do for us but comp us for a later tasting. When I informed them we had traveled up for this and couldn't do a later date, all I got was, "All I can say is I'm sorry." As someone who used to run events for a winery, I was astounded. If it's the business's mistake, you fix it. I am so glad a place with such terrible customer service didn't get a dollar from me, and if you plan to attend an event here, I would recommend triple checking your reservation.

A first-timer to Taste and Savor; I came for a mid-week night out with a friend. I loved the choices of wine flights. Our bites of food added a nice accompaniment to our flights. I particularly enjoyed the fig & apple Brie flatbread, though the portion was distinctly dainty. We also chose the artichoke dip which came with dipping veggies for some additional sustenance. On the wine side of things, my friend went for the Chardonnay flight. I chose the Pinot Noir flight. We were both quite happy with our selections. The space is intimate and comfortable. We were never rushed to decide and spent a couple hours socializing while sipping our flights. The friendly servers checked on us regularly but weren't overbearing. All that said, this is a pricey joint. The two of us each ordered a flight, and the two small bites mentioned above. We split the bill which was $80 before tip. "Happy hour" this is not. If money isn't an object, you will likely spend a terrific night sampling wine at this unique wine bar in SE FoCo. For the rest of us it'll be more of a special occasion outing.

One of my favorite place to do during business trips to grab a glass and work. Quiet and quaint. I always see many locals on weekdays. Been here so much that know the team at T&S by names.
