My two children and I stopped into TCBY in Fort Collins after school for a treat, and I just have to share what a wonderful experience we had! Two young men were working, and they immediately greeted us when we walked in. The cashier was so kind—asking about our day and if we had any fun plans for the week.
While we were enjoying our yogurt, the skies opened up and it started absolutely pouring. Another mom and her daughter were there too, and one of the young men grabbed an umbrella, walked them out to their car, and then offered us the umbrella so we could get to ours. I pulled up to the door to return it, and he actually ran out in the rain to my car window to take it back!
Whoever manages this location should know they have two exceptional employees on their team. Moments of genuine kindness like this are rare these days, and it truly deserves recognition. We will definitely be back!

I just now got home from visiting this TCBY. I am quite disappointed by the experience, enough that I would like to speak to someone further about it or I will not be visiting or recommending this establishment any longer. The young lady working did not say a word in response to anything I said even though we were making eye contact. I said things such as “I am so excited for some frozen yogurt”, as I just got off of a long shift in healthcare, and also did not respond to me asking her how her day was. She only said the price and said the tablet will ask you about a tip. I understand not having a good day at work and I also understand that she does not have any obligation to answer questions such as “how was your day”, although it is her job to make TCBY feel like an inclusive environment and more importantly just have some common decency. Both of these were lacking, and it left a foul taste in my mouth, completely ruining the excitement I had for frozen yogurt.
We visited TCBY after school today and it was impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness and friendliness.

i don’t leave reviews but when i came in yesterday at like 3:00ish the women who checked me out was so mean. i look different so im used to being treated like this but at ur job is crazy. checked out and the cashier was so snarky and was smirking at me. was already having a hard day and made it 100% worse.
