Really great spot for a healthy yet delicious lunch. I go here because I don’t usually like vegetables, but their sautéed vegetables covered in their sauce is pretty tasty. The cooking technique on the chicken is top notch. It’s perfectly caramelized and to die for. The egg roll is also great and I don’t usually like egg rolls.

My only complaints are the staff, although they do an acceptable job. The front desk employees are always so neutral and awkward they border on being rude. Good luck getting a smile or anything other than “what can I get for you?” Recently an employee got sideways with me over the teriyaki sauce. I dine-in and prefer the bottles of sauce provided at the counter, but the employee gave me attitude because there was a sauce in the bag. I offered to give back the small container of sauce and she rudely took it back.

My last complaint is about the vegetables that I usually really like. I can tell the vegetables take the longest to cook and the chefs usually can’t be bothered to cook them long enough. I always ask for well done vegetables but they are definitely still VERY crunchy.

All in all, I love coming here on my lunch break and will keep coming back despite the awkward turtles that work there and the undercooked veggies.

Have ate here multiple times and enjoy the food - hence why I ordered again. This time we ordered through the site and food was never delivered. However, all my conversations with the property directly have been met with rudeness by the team members as the issue is supposedly with Uber. Poor service.

Always happy to order from this place. Always has deliciously fresh food, prepared with care and always hot ? MY go-to place for great food that doesn't upset my stomach like most places.

Great food, but when it was time to get unsweet iced tea, the carafe was empty, and when asked, got a dismissive, 'yeah'.
Great customer service here... ack.

Horrible customer service. We ordered delivery and the wrong order showed up, we called and they claimed that they aren't responsible since they don't have delivery drivers. They tried to tell us we must have ordered through a 3rd party site, even though we ordered delivery straight from Teriyaki Madness's website and had an order number to provide showing it was from their site. The manager offered no solution and kept saying "I don't know how else to explain this to you". They didn't offer to remake/deliver our order and hung up on us. Don't waste your time or money.

The prices here are sure madness! There are lots of add-on costs too, for simple things like fried rice.

Deceptive charging more for a larger size and just loading more rice and covering it. Don't trust this business.

Overpriced. They charge extra for everything. Tereyaki Wok 2 is way better. Better prices, better portions and most important better service. No competition.

Normally the service and food have been good. Lately, not the case.I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with every aspect.1. Put my order in. I was told 20 min due to busy.2. Came in 25 minutes later to pick up food, and it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, the lady said it was getting close. There were 4 people working in the kitchen area. There was a line of 8 tickets on the food ordering line. There were people waiting in the dining room for their food. The lady at the front had bags ready to go for the food when it was done. There were two kitchen persons and perhaps one young lady that might have been prep. So, with the business thar was there, what do you think I should've seen. At least one person cooking... not the case. Both gentlemen were just talking, and no food was being made. I watched for 10 minutes (probably closer to 5), and all the guys were doing was talking. Both initially were in the back area of the restaurant talking. After 5 minutes, the guys came up to the front talking away. Finally, one of the guys finally starts cooking again. I promptly cancel my order. The cashier was a bit too relaxed about it. She didn't call the manager or anyone, but she just did the refund. When I explained that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she didn't care. She was more like, la, la. La. I even told her that I would go to Arby's so I could find someone who cares. She said "okay enjoy". Somehow, they forgot the customers were what make a business great! Too bad, I had hope. When this place opened up, food and service were great. Now... not so much. Food was poor the last time, but I thought I would try again. Yea, big fail this time.

Menu does not specify ingredients. When asked what was in the product the staff could not tell me. (No gluten free options apparently.)Waited more than 20 minutes after scheduled pick up time for food to be ready. When asked how long it would be staff just said "a few more minutes"I sat at the restaurant watching them help others who walked in after me, who placed orders, waited briefly, received their food and left. When I finally did receive my order it was lukewarm. As though it had been ready the entire time and the kitchen simply had not passed it forward.Paid far to much for bland, tasteless food that was barely warm. Do not recommend.

This was my first time trying this place and the food was great, good flavor, my favorite was the fried rice. The price is high, but that's expected everywhere these days! I paid $18 for a two protein bowl and the wait was about 20 minutes to get my food. The food is made fresh per order which honestly is appreciated makes better quality especially for the price your paying. 7/10 recommended.

Ordered my food and proceeded to have it delivered to me. Upon delivery only received half my order. When I called the store to notify them of this, they acted like it wasnt there problem and like they weren't going to do anything about it. They said what would you like me to do about. Finally after going back and forth with the manager or so he said, he stated he would credit my items back. It has been a month now and I have seen no credits on my account. I am livid with the lack of care and customer service I have received. The way I was treated on the phone was unacceptable and I DO NOT reccomend this place at all!
