Serena at this locations is amazing! The few times I’ve been in she has always been so friendly and welcoming, I very much appreciate her service and hard work . To top it off the food is always fresh and tasty!

I used to love this place but today I Picked up an order of 2 orange chicken bowls and the pieces were way to small it was all left overs the veggies were old and we could not eat the food called the Restaurant and they said they could not do nothing about it a Remake would of been great never coming back thank you 🙏

Food is pretty good staff is friendly but you need to do something about the wait time. Lunchtime on a Wednesday. 6 ppl in dining room. No food going out. Folks only have a certain amount of time for break. No food has gone out in 15 minutes now. I’m not sure what the deal is. Wow

I hope I am rating this at the fort collins location off of N college but you need to tell you night staff to lock the doors if it is indeed closed. I am an Uber driver that got an order to pick up, no fault to the restaurant the app told me the restaurant was open and I had no idea ot was closed.

I went inside thinking it was open and had to use the restroom. After I got done I was verbally attacked by a staff member, yelling at me that it was closed and just got done cleaning the restroom.

Again not 100 percent you alls fault, but your business has to lock the door if it's closed, your staff has to have more empathy with mistakes happening, and you should hire quality individuals who will not be so rude with any delivery driver or customer.

Teriyaki Madness is so healthy. It is the best for your family. Everyone is so friendly. It is so easy to order on the app. They have the best rewards and a wonderful loyalty program.! You are totally missing out if you do not eat there! Whooo!

Of Teryaki on the tables, then they put them behind the counter and you would have to ask for one, Now they want to charge you to use the bottle for
Extra sauce when they don’t put enough on the bowls to begin with, I will be going back to Tokyo Joes, prices are better and they don’t gouge their customers

The food here is great, and Michayla is always helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend the spicy chicken bowl if you like a kick of flavor that can't be ignored!

Really great spot for a healthy yet delicious lunch. I go here because I don’t usually like vegetables, but their sautéed vegetables covered in their sauce is pretty tasty. The cooking technique on the chicken is top notch. It’s perfectly caramelized and to die for. The egg roll is also great and I don’t usually like egg rolls.

My only complaints are the staff, although they do an acceptable job. The front desk employees are always so neutral and awkward they border on being rude. Good luck getting a smile or anything other than “what can I get for you?” Recently an employee got sideways with me over the teriyaki sauce. I dine-in and prefer the bottles of sauce provided at the counter, but the employee gave me attitude because there was a sauce in the bag. I offered to give back the small container of sauce and she rudely took it back.

My last complaint is about the vegetables that I usually really like. I can tell the vegetables take the longest to cook and the chefs usually can’t be bothered to cook them long enough. I always ask for well done vegetables but they are definitely still VERY crunchy.

All in all, I love coming here on my lunch break and will keep coming back despite the awkward turtles that work there and the undercooked veggies.

Have ate here multiple times and enjoy the food - hence why I ordered again. This time we ordered through the site and food was never delivered. However, all my conversations with the property directly have been met with rudeness by the team members as the issue is supposedly with Uber. Poor service.
