The coffee was mediocre, but overpriced. Nearly $5 for a black drip coffee is robbery. The overt extremist politics shoved in your face is a big turn off as well, we get it you are part of the fringe but aggressively shoving in our faces isn't a really good business practice, left and right alike are not comfortable here. Be better.

The ambiance of the establishment is too political for my taste, I smile and keep my mouth shut. However, you can get some very decent, high quality, freshly roasted beans that brew up quite nicely at home...

Sad to see the old space go but the new location is lovely as well. The old standby iced spicy chai still hits the spot like always.

Absolutely love The Bean Cycle in Fort Collins! This place is a perfectly located gem with an incredible vibe and awesome staff. All of the baristas pay so much attention to detail and quality. Their juices are so clean and the perfect pick-me-up. You can really taste the difference in the made-to-order freshness. The locally-roasted beans are ethically sourced, which makes every cup of coffee even more special, knowing it’s supporting sustainable practices. The food is top-notch too, supporting local bakers and coops, with a variety of delicious options that pair perfectly with their drinks. And this just in, they have beer and wine too, with an epic back patio!!! Whether you’re stopping in for a morning brew, enjoying a sweet space to meet friends, read a book or getting some work done, the service is always friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. They even have a local makers gift shop in the front!!! Highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates quality, community, and great taste!

Try the orange and vanilla syrup with your coffee. They make it in the house, and it goes stunningly well with a latte.

Bought two roasts and neither was great. Can’t remember what their espresso blend was called, but it is what they use in house and it was fine - not spectacular. Decaf tasted rancid and was undrinkable (worst coffee I’ve ever had). An employee recommended I email the roasters about the decaf and I never got an email back. With so many other great roasters I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

New location on Walnut, minimal staff working in the coffee area. Lots of space devoted to card and T-shirt sales. It was extremely hard to figure out what was where. More tables needed for coffee goers especially as an old town Fort Collins staple coffee shop. Gloomy and dark, not a fun atmosphere.

If you want service and good coffee, go elsewhere in downtown FOCO.

Too much stuff for sale and not enough staff. Not the best for a coffee shop right off of Old Town Square.

I am speechless. WOW! This magical place has done it- they mix delicious coffee, boppin tunes, insanely COOL art, scrumptious baked goods, and a bangin vibe all in one beautiful space. The extensive WINDOWS make for the best lighting- weather you’re in for some romance on a first date, some cozy cool hangout time with your homies, or a homey, super mellow feeling that’s fun for the whole family!!!! <3 the nicest, COOLEST barista made me a ginger turmeric “channel orange” - (HA , sooooo cute!!) late that has gotta be the most scrumptious late this side of the Mississippi!! And if that wasn’t enough, the late art was SO RAD! (I realized I can’t put it the little dash thingy over the “e” in late but I know it’s supposed to be there I’m sorry!! Just ignore it lol) I just want to end by saying THIS PLACE RULES! And everyone should totally for the happiest, coolest time!

i know so many friends and family who have been going to bean cycle for years! so many years! we love a family owned and run business that cares about their customers and quality of coffee. i love that they have welcomed artists and other vendors to participate in their space as well. i can’t wait to visit their new space and i’m so happy that they can stay in town!

Bean Cycle Coffee or another Card & T-shirt shop?
Today Dec 14th 2024 I visited the New Bean Cycle Coffeehouse What a shocker. They learned nothing from their last abysmal effort at a coffeehouse. First, I was thrilled Bean Cycle had moved to a shop with windows! After all we can get coffee anywhere. People go to coffee shops to hangout, watch life go by, checkout the people walking on the sidewalk; all that public places have to offer.
NOT HERE! The Bean ......... well they're all about T-Shirts and greeting cards. Oh sure there is some backrooms with no windows and a patio in back for next summer, but you need to bring your own entertainment because you won't see the sights and sounds of Old Town in this fully enclosed study hall. You may as well stay at home. This isn't a Coffeehouse, it's a card shop that sells coffee as a sideline, it's pretty sad. The only positive is it's slightly easier to park with the parking garage behind Bean Cards & Gifts.
When it comes to Coffee-Culture, Bean Cycle is a joke. By the way, there are no cycles at bean cycle; just old recycled ideas of what a coffee shop should look like!

Parking: There is a city owned parking garage behind Bean Cycle
