I splurged, hoping for a meal as unforgettable as the rooftop view, but ended up with a steak drier than my sense of humor on a Monday morning. Tasteless? Honey, I’ve had cardboard with more zest. The service? Meh. Polite enough, but I wasn’t exactly dazzled.
The rooftop is a vibe, I’ll give them that—Instagram-worthy, for sure. But if I wanted an overpriced photo op with a side of mediocrity, I’d book a flight to Times Square. For the price of one forgettable steak here, you could feast at a chain restaurant and still have money left for dessert.
Save your coins and your taste buds. The view isn’t worth the chew.

My husband surprised me with a reservation here for our anniversary and it was the best gift he could’ve given me. The ambiance was stunning, the drinks delicious and the food unmatched. Such a perfect date night and they went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Will absolutely be back!

All was wonderful, however we ordered scallop as an add on with our steak. It was ONE scallop the size of a dime. We made a comment to our waitress and she said "on menu it is scallop (no s)". Seriously, one the size of a dime? Manager just said "that's the kitchens area". So just wanting folks to know....DON'T ORDER ANY ADD ONS!

Disappointed.
We came to celebrate our retirement, had 7:00 reservations but were placed on the G&B patio, not very special. Our waiter was terrible. He was very inattentive, quickly told us everything they were out of but offered no suggestions. I ordered my filet medium rare and received rare. He never refilled our water even though I was out, never asked how our food was and basically through the dessert menu's at us while picking up dishes. We asked to take the chicken and delicious whipped potatoes home, only got the chicken when we opened the next day. Didn't feel special at all, weren't good enough for the main dining room with the supposed great view.

This place is absolutely incredible and top-notch on all levels. For foodies and connoisseurs of all things, fine.

This was our first time eating here and we are so glad we did! The atmosphere was stunning and the service was amazing. We ordered the espresso martini to start, and traded the vodka out for an Old Elk bourbon, amazing! I’m really picky about my espresso martinis and this checked all of my boxes. We started with a basket of bread, and it topped our list for best in town, it was perfect! For our appetizer, we ordered the bison carpaccio. The flavors were incredible, but I will say as far as the baguette goes, it was extremely difficult to chew. There is crunchy… and then there is whatever that was. I will probably pass on it next time, but I still enjoyed the flavors. For our entrees, I ordered the Bison steak with smashed potatoes and horseradish, and the lobster mac as a side. The bison was cooked exactly as I had ask and those smashed potatoes were crispy and amazing. The lobster Mac was absolutely to die for. I would come back just for that! My partner ordered the New York strip with whipped potatoes, though I didn’t try his steak, I took a few nibbles of the whipped potatoes and was floored- just incredible. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake. It was delicious. We also ordered a doggy dinner from ginger and baker, so our pup could celebrate our anniversary with us, and she loved it! I can’t wait to go back.

The food is beyond amazing…probably the best I’ve had since I’ve lived in Colorado. The truffle tots are something I will dream about until I have them again!! We also got the bacon wrapped dates and the wedge salad which were great. For dinner we had the filet with the lobster meat and the truffle fettuccine and added shrimp. I thought the fettuccine was out of this world last night, but my leftovers today were even better!!! The espresso martinis from the bar were delicious and the woman that made them was delightful. The carrot cake and chocolate cake were also very good!

The food was great. We had both ordered the autumn spritzer which had an excellent balance of spice and sweet. The appetizers were delicious. We both ordered the steaks which were a bit undercooked. The service was ok. We spilled some sauce and food on the table which were never cleaned up in between food service. It was a birthday celebration which wasn’t acknowledged or offered a complimentary dessert. Overall, I would go back but hope for service to match the price point.

We visited The Cache for a birthday dinner celebration, eagerly anticipating a delicious steak, which was our primary reason for choosing this restaurant. Unfortunately, given the prices, our experience fell short of expectations.
We began with drinks that were reasonably priced and quite enjoyable. For our appetizer, we ordered the fall bruschetta. While it was good, it lacked the bold flavors we were hoping for.
For the main course, we opted for the scallops and the NY Strip. The steak arrived undercooked, being more rare than medium-rare. The cut was tough, and we ended up pushing about a quarter of the steak aside. Furthermore, it was notably lacking in seasoning and flavor—I've had better steaks at much lower-priced establishments like Texas Roadhouse and Chili's.
Disappointed by our appetizer and entrees, we chose to forgo dessert. The service was adequate but did not stand out as exceptional.
Overall, based on the quality of food relative to the cost, we will not be returning to The Cache

The steak was embarrassing for a $50 steak. It was what I would serve to my dog. Fatty and overcooked. Scallops were delicious but for the $49 I would expect more than 3...

Had a lovely lunch today at Ginger and Baker. Our server Nathan was so kind and checked in on us multiple times. Suggested a bottle of wine for our guests too! The smash burger is to die for! We had some skillets, the green bean app and Brussels! Last iof the summer berry salads too. The patio was gorgeous today! Thanks Nathan!
Had a party of 9 for dinner here last night. Relatively big event as we were meeting my daughter's boyfriend's family, so my daughter wanted to meet at a nice restaurant and make it special.
First the good, the atmosphere was great and the service was top notch. I would hire our waiter in a heartbeat, as his overall attitude and care was outstanding. Really really amazing.
Foodwise, I ordered the ribeye and was shocked at how bad it was. When I order a $50 cut of meat cooked rare and it comes out overcooked, cold and tough then I am certainly not happy. My wife's sirloin was also overcooked, so I ask myself how a place so focused on meat could get this so wrong? Note that others who ordered the scallops, etc. were pretty happy with their food, but spending over $700 on a meal should at least leave me happy with having been there.
I won't be back.

Best chicken potpie I have ever had! tasty salad 🥗 and dressing. Enjoyed my first visit. Thanks for excellent service and the wonderful meal. 😊
Always friendly service. It is loud even when not packed. Food always tasty. Burger changed to two thin patties over crispied on edges, well done…prefer the former single burger and requested cooking temp. Fries always good. Can’t go wrong on coconut pie if you like coconut. Yum. 😋
