The Canyon Grill only has one thing going for it. And that is their loyal staff. The staff are what makes the bar. Mostly locals. The Canyon Bar is a great destination for a Sunday Drive. Lots of Bikers on the weekends. The chef makes a mean burger, great drinks and wonderful outdoor seating.Side note to the Owner; Clean the place up. Do a make over. You are the only game in town. You have a real money maker. Make it clean and as good looking as your staff and It will increase your popularity and repeat business, especially the women. Just saying.

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFEDIf you want to drink you will be fine but if you’re trying to eat don’t waste the time. It took over an hour to get be served cold mediocre food (should have been hot). Save the aggravation and pack a picnic to eat around Horsetooth.

The managers have ran this place into the ground. The food is casa bonita quality now.Wings tasted microwaved, burger tasted like charcoal. If you came to this place a year ago and today youd have 2 different reviews.

This place was dope for a afternoon beer. It is right across from the lake with easy access. The staff was great. Definitely recommend you try it out.

Nice locals hangout, stopped in for a drink while on a Poker Run, didn't try the food but it looked pretty good! Would like to come back sometime to eat! Outdoor patio was awesome

Super awesome local hangout. Vibes are chill and so is the staff. Live music, cool iron orb fire pit, great menu with lots of options and tons of drink choices as well. This is a great spot to hang out, eat and drink. Ordered the Cowboy BBQ bacon burger and the Blue on Black burger with bacon and blue cheese. Visit their super awesome market next door for all your reservoir day-trip and camping needs. I want to give it more stars but didn't eat there because they was out of the food I wanted but I want to go back and try the food. Seemed like a real friendly place.. the seats to need a upgrade mine had a hole where but butt was

Stopped here with some friends and Sunday so pretty quiet night. I'm told that during summer place is much busier, has live music.Bartender was very friendly and nice, kept asking us if we needed anything. Pool table is always good to pass some time.Didn't have any food but beer selection was decent. Outside patio with some fire going.
