This was my first visit to First Watch. The food was plentiful, nicely presented and exactly as the menu described. The wait staff was pleasant and well informed. Plenty of parking. This restraunt is perfect for a quiet meal for one all the way up to large families or groups. Highly recommended.

First Watch is my wife and my Favorite breakfast location in FoCo for a number of reasons: 1) typically the wait on a weekend isn't that long, so long as the occasional solo diner camping on a 4 top isn't too busy reading their most current book (seriously dude, read THE ROOM!) 2) the food is always spectacular and reasonable. Good portions to boot! 3) friendly staff and usually good atmosphere (I say usually because our past visit the background music was more of a concert. Maybe they were trying to distract the book camper, who knows?).
Will readily go back - but not with a book (looking at you dude)!

We love The First Watch on College Ave Fort Collins. The restaurant supports our first responders and the food is excellent and timely.
We always like to sit at one of Emily’s tables. She is such an upbeat and fun person. She treats everyone wonderfully and always has a smile. A trip to First Watch is only complete when she serves us.

This [Regular Potato] Brisket Hash was a step in the right direction...but still doesn’t compare ? The Sweet Potato Brisket Hash was my 1st meal there....and the reason I came back a 2nd time. We could say every other visit has been in "hopes" of getting the Sweet Potato Brisket Hash
