This is my go to coffee shop every time I visit family in Fort Collins! They’re the best of the best. I love the baristas, their signature drinks, and the customer service is top notch!

Human Bean’s staff is 10/10. Always friendly and attentive and wayyyy less intense than Dutch Bros “broistas” who are too energetic/in your face. So mad props to the culture of Human Bean!However, the espresso here is just… bad. (The true litmus test for a good coffee shop is really good espresso/coffee beans, imo.) I keep going back because I want it to be better, but if you’re looking for high-quality coffee, this ain’t it.Amazing breakfast burritos though!!

My family and I came to get some drinks and the inside has 15+ wasps swarming everywhere around the coffee and employees. Some of them were flying out to the cars in line and customers had to roll up their windows. When we asked the employee she said some people have been stung but overall they have been pretty chill. It sounds like this has been going on for awhile and no one in management or owner is doing anything for the safety and health of their employees and customers. I am extremely disappointed this is the type of environment allowed and cannot support this location if that is how it is managed! I took a screenshot of the video I took that shows two wasps at the top of a syrup.

HB "updated" the app at the end of November, and in the process, my entire account credit ($30) DISAPPEARED. :'-( No explanation from the store staff; they admitted today there have been **numerous** complaints. (Apparently I'm not the only one!) The app doesn't have account support, so I'm hoping leadership sees this and makes it right .... for EVERYONE.
