Took my wife for her birthday and they made it feel special and followed my instructions. Great service and great food. We will definitely be going back for more.

The food was pretty good and our server was good, the time it took was quite long, we spent approximately 3 hours there. I was disappointed that they ran out of mushrooms and that the manager did not stop at our table to ask how we were doing even though he stopped at the table in front of us.
Not sure I would go back again. For the price I could have had a tomahawk steak at a prime steakhouse.

I have a gluten allergy and unfortunately had a bad reaction to food that was labeled as gluten-free.
The business reached out to me afterward and took responsibility for the issue.
I appreciate their response and willingness to make things right, and I’m open to giving them another try. Thank you!

We absolutely love The Melting Pot—it’s one of those rare places that consistently delivers on service, ambiance, and flavor. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with professionalism and warmth. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated to create a memorable evening.
As someone who eats gluten-free, I’m always on the lookout for restaurants that offer safe and satisfying options. The Melting Pot does this beautifully. Their gluten-free selections are clearly marked, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Add to that a menu of delicious mocktails, and you’ve got a place that feels inclusive and indulgent all at once.
Making a reservation is simple and streamlined through their online system—and trust me, reservations are a must. This isn’t a place you want to risk walking into without a plan. For a small upcharge, you can elevate your evening with romantic touches that make it feel truly special. The way the tables are arranged gives you a sense of privacy and intimacy, almost like you’re the only ones dining there. The lighting strikes a perfect balance—dim enough to feel romantic, but bright enough to enjoy the artistry of each course.
Speaking of courses, the four-course experience is generous and satisfying. From the fresh salad and bubbling cheese fondue to the entrée and decadent chocolate finish, each dish is paced perfectly. You leave feeling full, cared for, and maybe even a little spoiled.

Delicious, but we had a coupon for 39.95 each that we mentioned and their was a communication breakdown when we asked what menu we could order off and the server did not read the presented coupon, telling us initially to order whatever we wanted and then unable to honor it at the end. He was otherwise very personable and the food here is always high quality. More cheese and chocolate would be appreciated, especially since it turned out not to be a coupon special, as my boyfriend and I went through what we had and found ourselves wanting more. We were not seated downstairs as requested on our reservation despite there appearing to be more room down there. Nonetheless, nice ambience.

Came to celebrate my friends birthday a few weeks ago, and I had a great experience. At first, we were weirded out that we were the only ones on the second floor when there were tables for our size group available downstairs. However, our server made us have a lovely experience. We felt very welcomed by him. He was very funny, professional, and polite. We made sure to tip him very well.

Had a wonderful evening with my friends to celebrate my birthday. The food was excellent. I couldn't say enough amazing things about it if i tried. Jade was our server for the evening and did a wonderful job with all of the food prep and making sure we had enough dippers. 10/10 would eat chocolate that had been lit on fire again!
We go here for our anniversary every year, but tonight’s dinner was made extra special by our waitress, Jade. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. She even surprised us with cute decor on our dessert and an anniversary gift of their sweet additions plate! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!
Everything was great! Great place for a special occasion!
This place is amazing! Historically it's been difficult to find gluten free fondue, so I was surprised when I heard this restaurant had options. And boy, did they!
The entire staff really makes you feel welcome and seen. That being said, our server, Brenna, was a particularly shining star!
Brenna did such a fabulous job explaining how everything worked and making sure I knew exactly what was in everything I was eating, even risk of cross contamination. Just amazing. She was sweet and thoughtful and anticipated needs I didn't even know I had.
For the main course, I had the classic and meat lovers and both were great in the veggie broth. The pork, shrimp, and petite filet stood out as particularly flavorful and tender. I was so impressed that for dessert they had brownies and snickerdoodles, as well as fruit and marshmallows.
This was an exceptional meal with wonderful service to match. Thank you to all the staff who made this such a wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our experience. The food and waitress were both amazing!
