We took the Girls for both of their birthdays and it was really good, we got them both the meltmellows and they were at the table waiting when they seated us, we all had a really good time.

always pricey, but really delicious. did cheese and chocolate with some friends and loved the bottomless refills! Lauren was great, give her a raise!birthday cake explosion was a bit too similar to sweet and condensed milk for my taste but my friends gobble it up! also, we didn't get cotton candy on it that the menu said. but still fun!!

Large restaurant with seating on 2 floors.Cheese and chocolate are the stars of the meal. The rest is just ok.Make sure to plan on spending several hours at dinner if you do the full event. On the night we visited, there was a fixed menu for valentines day and it took almost 3 hours to complete our meal.

We normally love the Melting Pot here and the staff are great, but we made reservations online 2/10 for a high top table and provided a credit card for an a la carte menu reservation. We drove 45 minutes to find that they were only doing a multiple course pre fixe menu. That’s fine since it’s the weekend before Valentine’s, but please put that as a banner on your website or at least make a social media post about it. Or remove the option to book a regular menu reservation on days that are unadvertised special menu only. It’s only listed one place on the website and you have to do a lot of scrolling and hunt for it. We wasted a lot of time and had planned our day around this. Update your website reservations when you are doing special events please!
We went in for the Valentine's Day meal and Nick was a great server. Very good at explaining everything we were eating and how to do the cooking and made comfortable conversation. The whole experience made Valentine's day very special.

Went to have a light lunch with salad, cheese and chocolate and was turned away because I didn’t want to stuff myself with meat and entrees. The hostess was rude and didn’t want to ask the manager to possibly accommodate. The restaurant wasn’t even busy as they just opened. You pay extra for the service and that’s why you spend $150/person, this was worth $0.

Clean, fun environment. Went for the valentines dinner. Our server Anton was attentive and refilled drinks quickly when they were low. He held polite conversation while seating us, refilling waters, or mixing the melts. Would go again.
