Waited over two hours to never even get our food; it took them 35 minutes to even come take our order. Granted it was graduation season so we expected a long wait with a party of 4; however, the service we received was unacceptable. We were sat right away in a back corner with maybe 4 other parties in the entire restaurant. Once our server finally took our order (35 minutes after being sat) we assumed she would be back with drinks somewhat soon. I had to personally go find the server and ask for our drinks (waters and 2 black coffees) again and asked a time estimate on when the food would be ready because I was worried we had been forgotten about. Our server reassured us the food would be right out. Over the 2.5 hour span of us being there I had to ask the server 4 times to check on our food as the restaurant filled up. every time she would say the food is “almost ready” and offered me a cinnamon roll to which I politely declined. We ended up leaving with no food after I had to argue with the server to even get the bill for the two coffees. Bad communication between staff and overall an experience that made me never want to come back

One of my favorite patios in the city, this place has great portions and quality food, I highly recommend the mountain cafe omelette and the chicken fried steak, it’s the perfect cozy breakfast spot. I’ve had nothing but great service here and will keep coming back.

This is a sweet, little gem of a place! The people are so nice (Beth especially!)! We always sit on their dog-friendly back patio and Beth and the other staff always treat my pups to bits of bacon and they remember my dogs by name. The food isn't fancy but is well-prepared, high-quality basics that we all know and love. Great BLT's, Grilled Cheeses, hand-cut French Fries, perfectly cooked omelettes, etc. I high recommend this place!

Food was good but waited 45 min for a simple plate, there was no silverware or syrup for the pancakes, just overall really crappy service and they didn’t seem overly busy. I know everyone has bad days but this was pretty notably bad service.

My 6 year old nephew and I came here this morning for brunch. Great little place. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. My nephew had the breakfast scrambler but with a fried egg from the kids menu and enjoyed it so much that he didn't say a word until he was finished. I had the ham and eggs which was delicious as well. Awsome atmosphere with great friendly service.(the new waitress, Sony and the cook) The cook came out and asked how our food was. We also got a free chocolate chip cookie to go. We definitely will be coming back!
Stopped by this cafe today, and I’m glad I did. Sony, our server was very warm and easy to talk to. She gave off a vibe that made the whole place feel more inviting. the food was delicious and the warm atmosphere of this place will definitely make me return. Again, both for the great food and Sony’s welcoming energy.

The OWNER invaded a little girls privacy for using the bathroom on a holiday since they weren’t paying customers after the mother asked for permission. Disgusting disgraceful behavior to walk in on a child in the restroom and scream at her to leave I will never suggest this buisness and will tell everybody to stay clear away!!!

Im so disappointed in this experience, I used to really enjoy eating here but I will never go back after the appalling things that happened. There were maybe 15 people and we waited an HOUR to get our food which was absolutely awful we didnt finish anything brought to us. We had to ask for silverware like half the others did as well. Another group ended up just leaving and then the server had the audacity to auction off their food when it was finally done. The server ignored us basically the entire time. I’m so sorry but this is shameful.

Cute breakfast diner with good basic food. We got the specials and enjoyed them. The coffee is fine, nothing special. Cute back patio with lots of shade. Did offer some gluten free options.
