Service was excellent and food was good. I think I should have ordered something green to brighten up the chicken and waffles dish a bit. I didn't like the cherry topping and the gravy was only luke warm, but it was good overall.

Gluten free fried chicken. It was like eating a plate of sadness. No seasoning, cooked longer to be crispy but taste burnt. Service was mid. Nice but took forever.I’d recommend sticking to kfc. Wasn’t my thing but even as a GF sub it’s like getting robbed for 50 bucks.gluten free should be on the sign. Feel bamboozled.

Delicious brunch menu! The quinoa porridge was delicious, the chicken and waffle was delightful. The waffle was light an airy with crisp edges, perfect! Also, bottomless mimosa was so reasonably priced. Why is this place not packed?

Food has always been very good. I've had the fried chicken, chicken tenders and chicken & waffles. I would order all of the again. The collard greens are excellent as well. The hot honey chili sauce is great. My wife loves it.

So, I used to live in Longmont when the post opened, and I went twice a week for chicken and beer. I had never been to the FoCo location before and wanted to try it out.Overall, it was great. The food was fresh and tasty. The chicken was cooked okay, but the deviled eggs were a perfect special treat. They are the best deviled eggs no matter the location, which is good to know. The fries were also out of this world delicious. The two issues with the chicken tenders were the breading fell off the chicken tenders while eating and the nashville hot seasoning was dusted on, not oil dredged on (which was different but not gross, just unexpected) . The chicken meat was, despite this, perfectly cooked. The sweet chili sauce on the side was also strange and unwanted on both the nashville tray and the classic tray my friend ordered. The negatives here should not dismiss the positives of our food and visit, though. The food was delicious and received quickly after the order. The atmosphere was excellent and perfect for a place to get chicken and beer. I could see myself grazing on chicken and drinking beer for a few hours, watching basketball. I honestly like the vibe better than Longmont's.The service was exemplary. The woman working the day shift (I forgot her name) was amazing. She never stopped servicing and checking on us or other customers around. She knew what she was talking about and doing. It was a great experience.

Great restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was very nice. It was easy to carry on a conversation during our meal. Waitstaff was attentive and very personable. This is now a favorite restaurant for us.

This was our first visit. The food was very good and the staff was great. I was disappointed in the building. It was very old and the climate control was poor. It was not that cold of an evening, but when they first sat us, there was a very cold breeze coming from under our booth. They graciously moved us to a different room. It was better but still very cold. I will return but not until summer.

As someone who has Celiac disease, it has been awhile since I have had really good fried chicken. When I found out about this place, I had to try it immediately, and it did not disappoint! It's amazing! The chicken is battered perfectly, juicy and just drool worthy. I cannot wait to go back and eat there again. My taste buds were so very happy.

We had lunch at The Post today. We were greeted by a super friendly hostess and a big smile. Our server was Alden. What a treat! Alden was so friendly and helpful. He truly made our lunch a great experience. I’d go back just to have Alden be our server again.

I don't eat chicken, but I've been there before & had their mahi sandwich, which was good. I ordered again on most recent visit. Fish so overcooked I could not eat. Server comped, so that was very nice. Companions liked their chicken; one LOVED the bacon wrapped dates. Deviled eggs are good. Beer is good. Service very good.

So disappointed in the food since you changed your menu. This used to be one of my fav local restaurants, but now, almost all the food is either spicy, or has peppers, which I'm allergic to. Also, the chicken tenders on salads were juicy white meat and are now thighs. You've lost me :-(
