I have been coming to the taco stop for the longest time. My favorite thing on the menu is tacos Al Carbon, and the steak fries. The team is really nice. I can’t say I have a favorite because I just like them all check this place out you will not be disappointed

Good wasn't all that special IMO, great bartender though. Nachos were lacking queso, the three meats I tried were dry, but the carnitas had decent flavor. Would go back in hopes of better quality meats but, unfortunately I have to say, overall I wouldn't say they have the best taco spot in FoCo like advertised...

Walked in, sat down. Asked the lady if there would be complimentary chips and salsa like any other Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. She was confused by my question and said no. Then I saw on the menu that it was NINE DOLLARS for chips and salsa. Chips and guac was $16. And the [street] tacos were $15 a plate, so what, $5-$7 per taco? I absolutely could not justify those prices so I left. I don't care how good the food is, I can find better for a fraction of what they're charging.

This was the best taco salad in town.

The food is just okay and it's pretty expensive for what it is. $15 for two tacos? $13 for guacamole? $14 for a margarita? These prices are insane. You'd expect this to be some boujee upscale restaurant but it's just like any other Mexican joint you've been too. I guess for FoCo the bar is set low based on how popular and busy this place gets. Coming from a Latin household though I don't get it.

The place is definitely over-hyped. They up-charge for everything. Small portion of chips and salsa $9. Want more chips? Another charge. I asked for and paid for a refill of chips and was brought out some chips in a freaking salsa bowl. My chip refill was like 9 chips and I had to pay for it on top of paying for chips and salsa to begin with. Want beans and rice with your $16 2 tacos? Another 2.99 charge. I got the pastor tacos with the fries on them. Fries were old cold and floppy. Not much flavor from the pastor or carne asada. Everything was over salted. For the hype and price I expected much more flavor and to be wow’d. It was expensive very average food. If you want expensive but incredible, The Taco Man in Berthod blows the doors off this place in every way. If you want good and cheap, Taco trucks on north college hit harder.

Great tacos great stop. I met some friends here for the first time and could be happier. The Al Carbon tacos were awesome.

Good food, little pricey

A must-try.
The birria tacos are insane.
They do the simple things really well. Chips are seasoned perfectly, and salsa is so fresh.
We always stop in on our way back to Denver when we visit Wyoming.

Hired Taco Stop to cater an office luncheon. Cesar and the staff at Taco Stop were incredible. They made the process easy and the setup was a breeze. Cesar went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Everyone loved the food and the horchata was delicious.

Really nice people impeccable service!! The food was alright not like I remember years ago at their taco truck but still good. It was very expensive though even with inflation being what it is. I get that they have rent at a nice shopping mall now but it was more than I could reasonably do on a regular basis for a meal for one. But again decent food, great people and impeccable service!
