Tacos and Quesadillas
1. Three Tacos
Steak diablo or regular topped with cilantro and onions pastor marinated pork topped with cilantro, onions and pineapple *chicken topped with pico, lettuce and avocado sauce spinach topped with lettuce and avocado sauce. Cilantro and onions are mixed together.
Fajita Tacos
Two 6 in flour tortillas filled with, chipotle beans, fajita veggies, choice of meat, guacamole and queso fresco veggies are mixed with onion- we cannot send without onion.
2. Two Quesadillas
Steak, chicken, pastor marinated pork or spinach two six-inch flour tortillas filled with cheese, lettuce choice of meat. Topped with pico de gallo, sour cream and avocado sauce.
3. Two Tacos & Two Quesadillas
toppings vary depending on your choice of meat. Gluten-free.

No Tacos No Problem
Fajita Burrito
Steak, chicken, pastor pork or veggie. Filled with white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, avocado sauce and queso choice of salsa verde, roja or diablo served with a side of chips or potato fries veggies are mixed with onion- we cannot send without onion.
Enchiladas
Three corn tortillas filled with melted cheese smothered with salsa ranchera or salsa verde topped with choice of meat, cilantro, onions, sour cream, and queso fresco served with pinto beans and rice. Cilantro and onions are mixed together. Gluten-free.
Chicken Taco Salad
A mix of spinach, lettuce and pico de gallo. Drizzled with chipotle vinaigrette. Topped with grilled chicken, chips, avocado sauce, chipotle beans and queso fresco. Gluten-free.
Chilaquiles
Homemade tortilla chips with your choice of meat smothered with salsa ranchera or salsa verde topped with cilantro, onions, sour cream and queso fresco. Cilantro and onions are mixed together.
Pepito Sandwich
Telera bread with a touch of mayo, chipotle beans, filled with your choice of meat, lettuce, guacamole and cheese sauce. Served with a side of tortilla chips or potato fries.
Nachos
Homemade tortilla chips topped with your choice of meat, queso, pico de gallo and fresh jalapeno. Gluten-free.
Fajita Salad
Flour tortilla bowl with rice, pinto beans, lettuce and your choice of meat. Topped with fajita veggies, guacamole, and queso fresco.

I have been coming to the taco stop for the longest time. My favorite thing on the menu is tacos Al Carbon, and the steak fries. The team is really nice. I can’t say I have a favorite because I just like them all check this place out you will not be disappointed

Good wasn't all that special IMO, great bartender though. Nachos were lacking queso, the three meats I tried were dry, but the carnitas had decent flavor. Would go back in hopes of better quality meats but, unfortunately I have to say, overall I wouldn't say they have the best taco spot in FoCo like advertised...

A must-try.
The birria tacos are insane.
They do the simple things really well. Chips are seasoned perfectly, and salsa is so fresh.
We always stop in on our way back to Denver when we visit Wyoming.
